From the relaxed comfort of our covered New Orleans Swamp Tour Boats, you will drift slowly past a 2000 year old Indian Burial Mound, a Cajun cemetery and a fishing village! You'll admire the wildlife that made the Barataria Swamps the Crown Jewel of the Louisiana Purchase. Here, birds, snakes, turtles, fur animals, and gators - the king of the swamp - are easily spotted in Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Folding wheelchairs are allowed, but the driver is not allowed to pick up a person to help them gain entrance. The customer must get into the minibus by themselves or with assistance from family or friends.
Please note you are not guaranteed to see a gator. They hibernate in winter months but are easily spotted in spring, summer, and fall.

Our tour boats feature a roof, cushioned seats, windows that can be raised or lowered for the weather, restroom, and plenty of standing and walking room. 5.00I was apprehensive about this being commercial or just basic when I booked. Capt. Earnie was fantastic. Full of wonderful info on "his swamps" and the culture and animals of the bayou. His delivery was full of knowledge, education and passion. Definatly a treasured moment and all due to Capt. Earnie.

5.00Great experience. The Captain kept us well informed of the islands and wildlife. He allowed the kids to get up and get a better view of the alligators. The gift shop had better variety of drinks and snacks than my last trip last year at a different location.

5.00The pickup and drop off was punctual and comfortable. The swamp tour was entertaining! Captain Ernie tells a great story and shares history and knowledge of the animals and swamp lands.
