In case of cancellation due to reasons listed above, customers are entitled to a full refund.

5.00Omer was the best!! Jason was a great horse too. Omer was very kind and made sure we hit all the stops and saw everything! He also made sure to get lots of photos of us in the carriage. He was very friendly and made the experience great!

5.00Excellent overall experience. We got a text an hour prior on where to meet. Got there and the other drivers directed us to the right spot. Alex was perfect! Our daughter even got to give Freddy, our horse, a carrot. It was relaxing and nice!

5.00We had the most magical evening on our Christmas lights carriage ride! Muhammad was an amazing tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of holiday cheer. He made the whole experience so fun and engaging. And a special shoutout to Victor, our valiant horse, who carried us through the sparkling streets with such grace and charm. It was the perfect way to celebrate the season and create unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for some Christmas magic!
