5.00Both, the driver and the tour guides were excellent!! Saw what we came to see and returned. I recommend them.
I rang and was told there was a toilet in the bus, we ended in a van which was not comfortable.

3.00Trip from NYC to Boston. I was not informed that it was to be conducted in English and Spanish. There were some facts lost in translation and it was mostly conducted in Spanish.
