5.00Be ready to walk a fair amount. A lot of ground is covered. Also stay close to the tour guide if you want to hear. You are in some loud spaces and at times it is difficult to hear. Knowledgeable tour guide and seamless travel experience

5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable. It was a small sized tour, and we did enjoy the glass top bus. Water bottles were readily available. There was quite a bit of time spent on 911, and while this is an important event to touch upon, it made the other parts of the tour felt rushed. Other than the time on the ferry, there was very little time for picture taking. Overall, I would recommend the tour. It definitely provides a framework for what you would like to visit on a return trip.

3.00The tour was good. Tour ride was good. Sights were good. A couple thi.gs I will put out there. One, thought it said we were going to Ellis and Liberty Islands. We did not. Tour guide said we "go by" them. So that was very disappointing. And because of past Viator tours leaving early, we got there an hour early this time and yes, they left 30 minutes early. So if we had been on time, we would have missed another one!
Definitely worth it!

5.00This tour brought us to many parts of midtown and downtown Manhattan. I saw much more of the city than I would have if I had explored on my own. The guide was also very knowledgable and had a lot of history and fun facts to share about the places we visited.

4.00Your was informative. Our guide was Charles and he was super friendly but I kind of felt like he talked to hear himself talk. Our driver was Tony and I kind of wish he was the guide too. He seemed more personable for some reason. All in all the tour was good. I do know where I’d like to go next time I visit the city because of the tour. So I guess it did what it was supposed to.

5.00Creative, caring Kevin and Juan deliver an awesome tour. Kevin takes a fun, musical, and human approach to tour guiding. He makes time to try to connect with all guests on the tour. Kevin was knowledgeable, interesting, and entertaining. Juan was friendly and got us to where we needed to go safely. We really enjoyed Kevin, Juan, and all the places we visited. Well done guys!!

5.00Kevin and Juan were great. This tour was packed full of interesting and historical facts, solid stops identified on the tour, and handled very professionally. Our tour was on time and stayed on track the entire tour. In addition, Kevin has a great personality and made the tour outstanding using a lot of memorable songs.
