1.00Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews of many others here. My stretch limousine was more than an hour late, as they have a policy of arriving at the airport an hour late. Unfortunately, my flight was on time, we were travelling with carry-on luggage only, and there was only a short queue at immigration. So we had to wait outside the building to find the limo, instead of receiving the promised and paid-for service upon arrival.

5.00I am a returning customer, I have been their client for years (since 2016). After a long break, we finally came back to NYC. We took a White limousine from the airport to our residents in the city. Always perfect service! Flight tracking, greeting service, help with luggage, refreshments in the bar, smooth and luxury ride.
