4.00The trolley driver was knowledgeable and funny, and I would rate him 5 stars. I gave 4 stars for the experience because there was a crying child and a group of differently abled kids that were loud and made it impossible to hear the driver and made me miss a lot of the details. The self-guided Breakers tour that was part of the trolley tour was spectacular.
