  We couldn't go since it was raining and there were still people waiting for hours. This company doesn't actually send you a bar code they make you go to pick up the tickets and wait in line at the cable car. Why buy from them, if you have to stay in line anyway. Buy straight from the cable car

  Don’t book through Viator. Very confusing for everyone. The cable car company didn’t know who they were and took 15 mins to get the booking verified. Says this is a guide but wasnt

  First off, this tour is great. Our problem was with the pre-purchase of tickets. What you get is a voucher, not the tickets. You still must wait in line for your tickets and this took 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! False advertising...
