1.00Waited 5 minutes b4 the ride was scheduled to cancel it, then tells us its going to be a week before we get our refund what a joke. I get the safty part im thankfully for that but if you knew that morning you should of let us know then. And a week or longer to get our money back but they make us pay on the spot and take it from out acount.

5.00What a great experience! You have such a lovely 360 degree view along with very friendly operators. Be aware that it can be quite windy and the balloon can wobble from time to time.

5.00What a great way to see the Falls and surrounding area. On a sunny day you can see Toronto even!! Afraid of heights? No worries !! This ride will not affect you, even when you look straight down. Trust me on this one, you will love it!!

1.00Do not buy groupon waste of money Beware scam . cancelled because wind . i think if they cancel cause weather should refund money no service refund . bought sept 15 to vac oct 8th expires oct 31 .

5.00AMAZING!!!! It’s a 12-15minute ride soaring 500ft above the mighty Falls. Very friendly staff and new clean attraction. Highly recommended. Don’t waste your money on super expensive helicopters. The new balloon is definitively the best way to see Niagara Falls from the air.
