Heidi the tour guide was excellent, and tour was informative and well thought out, only challenge was the other tour participants who were constantly late.

We really enjoy having Cheryl. She was very personable and made sure we got to do all of our activities even though the weather looked like it might turn. I recommend this experience and would absolutely do this experience again.

Would recommend this tour for sure. I went in March 2026 and was very lucky to fly despite the bad weather. Frank is an absolute legend who took the time to answer any questions I had, went to get tickets and everything ready so that the tour was seamless. The helicopter despite my initial fears was very safe, providing amazing views of the falls and surrounding areas. Although it was too cold to do the boat tour, going under the waterfall and the interactive experience was definitely not disappointing, followed by a lovely lunch up the tower with a revolving restaurant which again provided more amazing views but I had already been spolied by being in the helicopter. Anyone reading this, do not hesitate to book it up just be aware that beginning of the year it will be cold and helicopter ride may not be guaranteed so best to wait until milder times. If Frank reads this message, you’re an absolute legend mate and it was a pleasure to have you as the guide to navigate to each area! 10/10!

We were collected by Frank (the nicest Scottish-Canadian we have met) who arrived in a Kilt despite it being below freezing. He took us straight ‘to the chopper’ (you have to say that in a Schwarzenegger accent) where we were lucky enough to get an Airbus H130 to ourselves. The view was amazing, and worth every cent. We then stopped by a Maple Syrup place where we tried some maple syrup and products made with it. This is the only part of the tour that felt a bit like a ‘tourist trap’. Next we did the tunnels under the falls, which was pretty cool, followed by the boat to the falls. It’s all very slickly arranged, and crowds etc was not an issue. Heaps of photo ops. We then had lunch at Skylon Tower, which was a set Menu of salad, choice of four mains, bread and butter, dessert and coffee. We opted to pay extra for a glass of wine each. The tower itself is lovely, the elevator ride up is cool, and sitting at the table while the floor rotates for an ever changing view is great. This isn’t a cheap tour, but it is great value and much more seamless than trying to coordinate activities by yourself. The itinerary was precisely managed so that we got to each stop at the perfect time. Highly recommended.

All four experiences were amazing. The helicopter ride was EPIC from above the Falls. Then, the boat under the Falls, and tunnels behind the Falls. You see every angle. I highly recommend the whole package.
