  We were collected by Frank (the nicest Scottish-Canadian we have met) who arrived in a Kilt despite it being below freezing. He took us straight ‘to the chopper’ (you have to say that in a Schwarzenegger accent) where we were lucky enough to get an Airbus H130 to ourselves. The view was amazing, and worth every cent. We then stopped by a Maple Syrup place where we tried some maple syrup and products made with it. This is the only part of the tour that felt a bit like a ‘tourist trap’. Next we did the tunnels under the falls, which was pretty cool, followed by the boat to the falls. It’s all very slickly arranged, and crowds etc was not an issue. Heaps of photo ops. We then had lunch at Skylon Tower, which was a set Menu of salad, choice of four mains, bread and butter, dessert and coffee. We opted to pay extra for a glass of wine each. The tower itself is lovely, the elevator ride up is cool, and sitting at the table while the floor rotates for an ever changing view is great. This isn’t a cheap tour, but it is great value and much more seamless than trying to coordinate activities by yourself.   We had a great day Frank with our guide and he’s awesome! We were disappointed that we didn’t get to do the helicopter because of weather, but otherwise it was great!

  All four experiences were amazing. The helicopter ride was EPIC from above the Falls. Then, the boat under the Falls, and tunnels behind the Falls. You see every angle. I highly recommend the whole package.

  Our tour guide was Frank and he was prompt picking us up and he was determined to get started/arrive early. This worked out great because we beat the tour buses and were the first ones up in the helicopter! He kept a tight schedule but made plenty of accommodations for everyone. The cruise was so fun and intense and lunch at SKYLON was very good, too. Overall an excellent excursion with great guide! A wonderful way to spend our wedding anniversary! Highly recommend!

  Absolutely amazing! Frank if you see this thank you so much for being so wonderful and kind! We enjoyed you very much as our tour guide. From the 2 girls on 10/25! The helicopter ride was absolutely stunning with the views of the falls and the colors of Fall.

  Absolutely not recommended. I had booked a tour (ultimate niagara falls tour plus helicopter ride and lunch) for the day 7/10, due to bad weather the helicopters did not take off. They didn't give me the option to reschedule it or get a full refund (as other activities would take place regularly). The reimbursement was only about 82€ for the activity not carried out (the helicopter ride costs 120€, going directly to the niagara helicopter limited). I recommend booking the activities separately as you will save about half. Everything is within easy reach. In addition the "expert guide" is a driver who will be with you only for travel, but will not accompany you during activities.

  Absolutely worth the price, I was skeptical, but everything was great, no waiting in long lines for tickets, tour guide was super friendly and had very insightful information about the falls and the entire area. The highlight of our trip!
