  This tour is a ripoff. We paid $47 per person for a two hour tour. What we got was about a 15 minute tour from the guide who then handed us tickets for the standard Cave the Winds experience and said goodbye you’re on your own from here. We could have bought the regular tickets on the spot for $14.

  2 amazing things, due to low number of people signed up for the 9am cave experience, they ended up upgrading us to the full experience with the other group free of charge, which for them/me was a win win, since i had already bought tickets for the maid of the mist, the guide was extremely knowledgable, nice, and very accomidating for the group (had some stranglers here and there). Highly recommend

  I wish someone would call me back. I left 3-4 messages and still have not heard from anybody. I was trying to meet someone for our 9 am appt and left messages and left my phone number for someone to contact me so we could get on tour and have not heard from anyone. I called the 888 number and talked to someone who tried to contact the local guide and they could not get anyone. Just frustrating.
