Great excursion and a friendly tour guide. However the guide drove the bus with one hand as was holding the microphone with the other. This was not safe. Also the information for the trip stated there would be a toilet on the coach and there was neither. We were on the coach for nearly 3 hours before we stopped and could use a toilet. We also did not visit Niagara on the Lake which was included in the itinerary. This could have been to the traffic but the guide should have explained.

The experience at Niagara Falls was entertaining and Garry, tour guide, did a great job driving (RAINY DAY) and narrating. Unfortunately, there was some confusion on my pick up options which resulted in changing the night tour to a day tour. No boat trip was provided, but lunch location was enjoyable.
