5.00A lot of very good information shared by our tour guide Dwayne with Zoom Tours. He kept us informed as to where we were going how long we would be stopping and at the end of our tour he made sure we all knew where to meet to head back. Very good day for my granddaughter and I, highly recommend

1.00I wouldn't recommend this tour due to the bad experience we had.. so bad that this review could be an essay. But in summary, the pick up & drop off point changed last minute from our hotel to somewhere else that meant we needed to get taxis to get the coach. Half of the itinerary was missed due to the journey taking almost 6 hours - this was because we spent so much time picking up passengers who had been taken off another tour due to a broken down coach. There was a lack of communication about what this meant for our itinerary... meaning we were taken directly to Niagara Falls and only told when we asked that nothing else on the itinerary was happening. Lastly, the buffet dinner... don't bother with this - we had 15 mins only to get our food before the buffet closed, and the options for vegans were so bad that 2 of our party left to eat elsewhere. I've had to complain to both Viator and to Zoom tours as the experience fell short in so many ways and was not what we had paid for due to all the missed parts of the itinerary.

1.00If tour operators have mechanical issues with tour bus, guests are made to suffer. Never again would I book with this company. Very unprofessional. What should have been a fun day turned into a rushed experience, where all drive by attractions listed on itenary weren't even pointed out or mentioned and dinner was disappointing awful. Plus 2+ hours drive took over 4 hours. Our entire party felt held against our will and greatly dissatisfied with experience.

2.00Took this tour from FallsView Marriott in Niagra. Thought it was a 9-10 hour tour with an evening cruise to see fireworks and lights. It’s not. It’s a narrated bus ride with a few 5-10 minute stops. You are dropped off to view fireworks from the shore on your own. The tour guide was knowledgeable and kind.
