  If you are scheduled with Mico, he will make sure you save your time and money! He will tell you many things. He has a nice sense of humor and is very honest and super knowledgeable of Canada and many other things. It's a great option if you don't want to drive yourself, take the Go bus or train. We had free maple syrup samples and made a couple photo stops before arriving at the falls. We were also given free waters at the end of our trip provided by Mico himself. Thank you!

  Edward was top tier as a guide. His love for Canada and iits rich culture made the trip so meaningful. What a great experience for me and my 15 year old son.

  This experience was quite interesting. The tour guide we had was very bland. The script he was reciting was definitely word for word verbatim from memory. He never made real eye contact unless he was coming down the aisle to offer maple cookies. The entire ride was so monotone for 1.5 hr ride to Niagara that I fell asleep. Our stops at the maple tasting was a general tourism store. He kept asking us to all recite together the time we all needed to return to the bus which was ridiculous. I am on a tour , not a field trip. We arrived at the Skyline tower of which he was enthusiastic about selling THOse pre purchased tickets. He tried to upscale this tourist location so much that I lost the desire to even go up. Then when I asked him about the journey behind the falls, he frowned upon it and stated that it was not going to be a good experience and that skyline tower was the option. Which in my opinion if I am one a tour and your stopping at any location , people should be given basic information asked and not personal opinions of the driver who deters you away from YOUR experience , you paid for. I am a hiker and thus looking as the falls from a 1000 foot tower in my personal experience is not my idea of the awe moment. The boats were not running which was expected. The journey behind the falls the upper deckwas open and the experience was amazing and well worth the price. The outside perimeter waa also available and that experience is very nice too amazing you get sprinkled from the falls. Worth my saving of the top tower view of the falls. If you prefer the top view the tower is the way to go and or both the upclose experience of the Niagara Falls at the journey behind the falls. The lower deck at the JBH the falls was closed however my pictures were amazing and looked postcard worthy. I would LOVE to return to see the lower deck and optional US Niagara Falls side as well. Too top it off the driver almost had 4 accidents. He was speeding diving ao close to cars and pedestrians that if I had my guess 1/16 of a move he could have seriously injured a pedestrian another car and everyone in the small bus . If you 5'11 and over 180 lbs buy two seat as for comfort. I will NEVER book this tour again. It was a terrible transport experience. I have used Viator my entire trip and will book again with. Viator as my other experiences were truly amazing. CANADA is amazing the city, people, food . You won't leave unhappy unless you end with this tour. By the way the awesome pictures are at the journey behind the falls. ( opted out of Skyline) Happy searching.

  Full day experience to Niagara Falls. Starts early in the morning at 8. Nice stop for maple syrup tasting and washrooms. Then Skylon tower and about 3 hours and the falls. I enjoyed the small bus tour. Mel was a great storyteller.
