1.00We paid for the 3 hour illumination tour with cave, and got about an hour tour with no illumination or cave. The guide spoke to his manager and she told him we’d all have to call customer service. No explanation, just a waste of time.

5.00Amazing!! Illumination tour with Skipper Tom was spectacular. Sunset over the falls was more magnificent than the lightning Illumination but perhaps in more darkness that would too. Skipper Tom is full of knowledge and really looked after our group.

5.00Dayna, was an excellent tour guide. She was like traveling with family! Me and my wife really enjoyed her knowledge of the area and what and where to go for whatever you needed.
A must do tour the night illuminated tour with the company “Over the Falls Tour”ask for Kevin and be part of his Krew :)

5.00We had a great experience with our tour. The tour started off with a warm welcome from our great tour guide Kevin. Our group was referred to as “Kevin’s Krew”. I thought that was really cool. Kevin provided so much history about Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas. I learned a lot from our tour guide. He kept the tour interesting and fun. He was mindful of the needs of his customers while on the van by asking if we were comfortable with the air conditioning. When we would stop and walk certain areas he always made sure he was walking at a pace that accommodated everyone. Kevin is a very thoughtful tour guide because he takes in considerations everyone’s well being.

5.00Our tour operator David was good. He was knowledgable, insightful and professional. The operator showed us the best place to see Niagara falls lit up as well as the fireworks. I would definitely recommend this to those visiting Niagara Falls.
