  I went at the very end of the season (November), and I would say we did not gain anything by this tour. The “tour” portion was just taking a short walk around areas we had already walked, and the guide did not really give us that much information. He spent most of the tour feeding the squirrels and birds in the park (which was fun the first time, but it got old quickly). There was no line to Maid of the Mist because of when we went, so having the tour to bypass the line was also pointless. We basically just spent $25 extra to ride maid of the mist by purchasing this tour.

  The tour was cancelled less than 24 hours before the time of event and I’m having difficulties getting a refund!!!!

  They canceled my trip and Viator has yet to refund me. The tour guide assured me Viator would refund me but im still waiting

  Very informative and a true experience we loved the guided tour, they told us so history about people who tried to go over the falls. The boat ride was great and wet.

  Howie was a great tour guide!!! He was very knowledgeable and very informative. We had a group of 4 that was in our group that was very rude and disrespectful while he was trying to tell us the history of the state park. He kept his composure and really didn’t acknowledge them. It really bothered me and my husband’s nerves but Howie was extremely professional about it…

  This Maid of the Mist Tour was spectacular. I would do it again, and again. The team was professional, caring and experience in getting us on and off the tract for the tour. Our guide was wonderful and kind. MUST DO.

  The Maid of the Mist tour is iconic. Everybody should do it but keep in mind there is walking. If you can’t walk too far, bring yourself a little camping stool so you can sit when you can.

  Dave was so informative and funny, loved the tour with 5 Star. We went on a cold and windy day, the boat captain took us as close to the falls as I would consider safe, he had it under control the whole time, what an experience!!!
