All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seat. Please contact us to confirm requirements.
This is a bus tour, however, if minimum passenger numbers are not met for the bus, this tour will operate as a guided trolley & walking experience using the Niagara Parks Scenic Trolley. Your journey concludes at one of the signature attractions — guests may stay longer to explore the park or take the trolley back to the starting point.
Parts of Niagara Falls State Park are pedestrianized. Guests should be prepared to walk during portions of the tour.

Maid Of The Mist
(May-October)Descend 250 feet (76 meters) from the Niagara Falls Observation Tower to the base of the American Falls, where you'll embark on the cruise. Journey into the heart of Horseshoe Falls, surrounded by the invigorating mist and the thunderous roar of 600,000 gallons of water plummeting over the cliffs per second. Prepare for an exhilarating experience as you sense the power of the churning water beneath you, following its tumultuous course down the Niagara River. New York Power Vista will substitute the Maid of the Mist Boat Ride November- April.
Niagara Falls Observation Tower
Providing breathtaking panoramic views of the iconic waterfalls, the Niagara Falls Observation Tower allows visitors to marvel at the natural wonder from a towering vantage point. Soaring to a height of 282 feet (86 meters), the tower offers a spectacular perspective encompassing both the American and Horseshoe Falls.

5.00Logan was a wonderful guide and was super knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question we asked that he didn’t have the answer to. The tour was awesome because we were able to see everything and didn’t have to wait in line for tickets.
Paid for a take-care- of- me-tour but only got half of what I paid for.

3.00Logan was efficient for the first half of our tour but midway thru it we noticed that things changed. Found out he failed to pickup a couple from their hotel so we were waiting while they completed the boat portion of the tour. We were glad that the couple joined us because Logan left all of us at the Cave of the Wind. When I objected because the tour description clearly states that we would arrive back at the pickup location when the tour was over. The he description also said it would last 4 hours but we were abandoned after 2.5 hours. It was unprofessional to expect seniors to find their own way back to the pickup location. Other paying guests should not have to assume responsibility but the couple who joined us late helped us get back.

5.00Above and beyond the normal Niagara Falls experience. Our Tour Guide Logan was so sweet and knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe he was so young and yet so well spoken and well informed. We had a great time.

5.00Beautiful area, Amazing waterfalls. Very walkable area, clean and well kept. Only complaint is the food choices: plenty of quick comfort food, very little dinner "plate" food. ALL food was very expensive

5.00You will get wet so be prepared! Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great time. Logan was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide.
