Experience Washington DC lit up at night during this 3-Hour Washington DC Guided Moonlit Tour of the National Mall and Monuments. Make your way through the city at night via temperature-controlled coach bus, learning about various sites you pass along the way.
Travelers will have a chance to stop at 10 top sites for photos including the White House, US Capitol, Martin Luther King Jr Memorial, World War II Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, and more. Enjoy the views as your route passes by 20+ additional sites including the Washington Monument, Arlington Cemetery, and many of the Smithsonian museums.

There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.
UPGRADE: Optional upgrade available at checkout to include ticket for self-guided entry into the Washington Monument, Air and Space Museum, or National Museum of African American History. Due to Hours of Operation at the attractions, tickets will be valid for next available date of travel from your night tour.
**Cherry blossom season (typically late March-early April) guests will have time to walk along the cherry blossom trees during their tour.

5.00I took this tour with my two 20 yr old kids. We all loved it. Sally seemed extremely knowledgeable about everything DC. She intermixed tons of history with fun facts about every stop, and the city as a whole. It made for a very fun and educational tour!!

5.00Our team did a group outing while in DC for a meeting & conference. We were SO fortunate to get Dwayne as our tour guide and Tonya as our driver. What a dynamic duo! We learned so much and had so much fun! We already told Dwayne that we want to book a larger group next year when we come back with clients!

5.00Chris and Sally did an amazing job. Ironically I chose the tour during the State of the Union but Chris did an amazing job with diverting and still being able to get us to all of the monuments. Sally was an amazing tour guide very knowledgeable and fun. Our group was small but I loved every bit of it. I will definitely do this tour with my loved ones.

1.00Horrible, the bus was freezing. The tour guide was not willing to compromise and kept the bus cold. She was only interested in her own comfort. Had to leave the tour before it even got started good. Requesting refunds.

5.00Our tour guide was fantastic! She had a way of framing thoughts for reflection. It was very cold and still a lot of snow, so she gave us the overview on the bus, then let us out to go see the monuments.

5.00One of the highlights of our girls’ trip to DC last week. Vernon was our guide with Robert driving. I was concerned that a 3 hour tour at night would drag but the time passed quickly. It began at 7:30 but ended closer to 11:00. The monuments are spectacular lit at night and somehow more meaningful. Our bus was full, but people were able to comply with the times to board and move at each stop. Vernon was amusing with lots of jokes but also full of very interesting information and stories about the creation and meaning behind the monuments. His emphasis on little-known (at least to me) black history events was educational. Sometimes we were on our own to wander, and sometimes we had the option to stick with Vernon and get more info about the monument we were visiting. He has an easy, informative way of speaking to inform us with facts and stories about each place. He really added to the experience. We had fantastic weather and that helped make the evening special. Would have been a different experience in cold and/or rain.
