Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.

3.00This tour sounded like it has a lot of potential but it was unfortunately poorly organised. Our guide was Van, a really friendly and well spoken young girl, but I'm guessing she is either lacking the guiding experience or was substituting someone for this particular tour. She was fun to talk about general stuff, but when it came to giving us some information/background about the places we were visiting, we weren't actually getting anything. It looked like we paid for a transfer service more than a tour, because toured we were not, just told where to go and where to meet after XY free time. The group was not too big but we also managed to lose a person or two from time to time. The nature was breathtaking so that was a highlight, but the organizational part was not on point. Also, since it was Tet we paid 10$ more per person.

5.00My wife and I had a great time on this day trip from Hanoi. Easy pick up and drop off in Old Quarter, with great meals along the way. Quang was the perfect guide, providing rich historical context and stories about the attractions. Very comfortable bus, and good group size (~15-18)
Too Much in one Day

1.00I wish I had stayed back. This was too long of a day. A UNESCO heritage site looses its beauty when lines are chaotically long and there is no method to the madness. The tour guide was visibly nervous. I kinda felt trapped. Sometimes things happen when you travel that you have no control over and you roll with it. And I did. But for me it was very stressful. A peaceful day at a cafe near my hotel would have been more my style. The sites seen were beautiful. I am glad I climbed that 500 step mountain! But the day started with such Choas, for my temperament, it was sensory overload. So many activities packed into the day but after lunch I was more than done and skipped the next two activities to sleep.
What a fun day!

5.00This was a long day, but very fun. We took a fairly comfortable coach to the caves. The hike to the top offered superb views, although the last 1/3 of the hike was quite steep. We then went to a temple; nice, but not really worth it IMO. We took a nice easy bike ride through the village for about 30 minutes. Lunch was included, which was the usual buffet with stewed meats. I thought the lunch was just terrible. We were then offered "chocolates" in broken English, only to be given chocolate-covered ice cream bars, and later charged $5; a bit of a tourist scam. The best part of the day was a 90 minute boat ride in Tam Coc. The scenery was prehistoric and beautiful, and no one rows the boat the way they do. So fun and entertaining. Hop was our guide. He was kind and entertaining. While a long day, it was very fun and economical. Just be sure to bring your own snacks.

4.00The trip was really chill, there was no rush. We went a day before Tet so the boat stop was REALLY packed. We waited in line for a hour and half. Even our guide said he never so something like that. So unless you're going in Tet hiliday, you should be fine. Our guide Ken spoke great English, told us about the history and took good care of us.
Ken was awesome and so was the tour!

5.00Really lovely day out, we had Ken as our guide who was AWESOME! It was the first day of Tet so the boat tour was very busy with a big queue - Ken kept us in good spirits and managed the chaos well! All of the other locations on the itinerary were stunning - Vietnam has such beautiful culture and scenery. Thanks Ken - happy Tet!

5.00Although the line to the Tam Coc river boat tour has been verrry long and chaotic because of early closure for Tet holiday, the views and experience were absolutely worth it! Going to the Lying Dragon Mountain was great as well, depending on your physical stamina. Pur guide, Ken, has been lovely and helpful all throughout the tour too! Stayed calm amidst the busy lines. He can speak English well too.

5.00Vu was the best tour guide we had in Vietnam. He was friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable. We loved learning little tidbits about his family and why he loves his country. I would do any tour Vu leads. Highly recommend.
