Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.

5.00Such a diverse tour! You really get your money‘s worth (temple, biking, restaurant, boat w cave, hiking). Our guide Sonny was incredibly funny and taught us so much about vietnamese culture. Ninh Binh is beautiful, don‘t miss it :)

5.00We did the tour with a guide named Hop. He was very nice, spoke clear English and contacted me before with the exact pick up time. Everything ran smoothly and the lunch included was great. The tour is very entertainig: You climb to an excellent viewpoint, bike, see an old temple and do a very Scenic boat ride. I highly recommend it!!

5.00Mr Hop is a wonderful guide supervising and guiding us through our day. My favourite part of this tour are the hiking part and the boat tour but all component of the tour is 🌟⭐️. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ha Noi.

5.00It was so nice to just show up and be taken to several different places without having to think about anything or make any decisions. Sunny was a fantastic tour guide and provided ponchos and hats and despite getting absolutely soaked, it was a great day. Def recommend if you have the time.

2.00In the morning, we drove around endlessly to pick up all the people in Old Quarter with a giant bus. The first person had to vomit before we even got going. It all took so long that we were already running late. To make up for it, we took another half-hour break at an inhospitable highway rest stop. I would have expected the guide to fill this time with interesting information. But she seemed pretty uninterested and uninvolved overall. When we finally arrived in Hoa Lu, our first stop—we had already been on the road for more than five hours—she had a few things to say about the history of the place. But her English was difficult to understand. Neither her pronunciation nor her vocabulary was what I would expect from an “English-speaking guide.” The bike tour was also very disappointing. We weren't allowed to ride on our own, but had to follow her. I'm giving it two stars because I didn't stay with the tour until the end. Maybe it got better at some point. I took a public bus back to Hanoi and learned more about the country and its people than I did on this tour.
