Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.

5.00Sunny was a great tour guide. Picked us up from our hotel early in the morning and shared unique info about Vietnam right away. He offered insights into history, local way of life, current events. He gave detailed overview of the day and each activity, even providing a heads up on the people serving us for certain activities. We didn’t feel any pressure to make purchases or tip a certain way. The locations were very interesting and enjoyable, with enough time for breaks. Sunny’s energy was great throughout the whole day. Loved that he timed our last activity well with the sunset and avoiding when most other tour groups would arrive so that it would be most enjoyable for us. Would recommend this tour to learn more about Vietnam and see unique places without stressing about planning the day. I would come back on this tour again with Sunny.

5.00Myself and partner went on this trip from Hanoi, we booked 2 days before and communication from Sunny was great via WhatsApp. Picked up on time from specified location, far better than usual sit be quiet type of transport. Sunny was engaging and gave you lots of facts about Vietnam which made the commute go quicker. The actual tour was great, lots to see, bike ride was good, sunny again knowledgeable with historical facts. Boat ride was good, and hike also good. The 500 steps isn’t that daunting and views are worth it. Left my glasses on bus but sunny went above and beyond to get me these back, which he did.

5.00We had a lovely day with Sunny. He was an excellent tour guide and the whole experience with all the program points were great. We enjoyed the bike ride, the temple we saw was pretty. The lunch was great. We especially enjoyed the boat ride at Tam Coc. Mua cave was beautiful too. I highly recommend to take this one day trip if you are at Hanoi. It was very well organized. Thanks Sunny for the experience.

5.00We went to Ninh Binh day tour. The landscape is astonishing. The tour activities were well organized. Our guide Hai Dang was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure everyone was accounted for and gave us detailed instructions. A must see even if is raining like when We did it.
