5.00We enjoyed a truly perfect day with Hieu as our guide. We had booked the sampan boat sailing along Ngo Dong river - Hieu suggested we consider in addition a bike ride through the rice paddies .. . such an excellent suggestion. We enjoyed ' Halong bay on land' and especially since Hieu steered us away from the tourist crowds on the bike and in the sampan boats ! WOW! Also the many hilarious photos ! Hieu explained Vietnamese culture along with the history of Ninh Binh ... so interesting. THANK YOU Hieu.... you made our Ninh Binh experience so special and we will definitely tell our friends. 5.00We had the most amazing private day tour to Ninh Binh with Hieu from Pegasus Vietnam Tours—it was truly the highlight of our honeymoon. From the start, everything was seamless. We were picked up right on time in a clean, comfortable, and luxurious private car. The entire experience was fully customizable, which we really appreciated. Hieu thoughtfully planned our itinerary around our preferences (and the heat!), making sure we enjoyed each stop at the best possible time. We visited Mua Caves, Tam Coc, and Hoa Lu, and every moment felt well-paced and stress-free. Hieu is incredibly knowledgeable and speaks excellent English, which made everything easy and enjoyable. He’s also such a warm, friendly person—very easy to talk to and clearly passionate about what he does. One unexpected highlight: Hieu is an amazing photographer! He knew all the best photo spots and even made sure to get great shots of us before we climbed up and got all sweaty. We now have so many beautiful photos to remember the day. He also took us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch—delicious food and, importantly, great air conditioning after a long day of biking and exploring. Having a private tour made all the difference. The flexibility, comfort, and personalized attention were absolutely worth it. We never felt rushed and could truly enjoy each moment. We would 100% book with Hieu again and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Vietnam.

5.00Hieu was a fantastic guide, super friendly and authentic he was super nice and help us along the way. He made everything super convenient and personalized for us. When our group had different dietary restrictions such as halal and vegetarian he made it so that the restaurant was able to create dishes that fits those restriction.

5.00We had an awesome tour with Hieu, he was super kind, passionate, and Tunny! We booked a private tour that was absolutely perfect for our group. We visited the ancient capital, climbed up a mountain with fabulous views, biked through rice fields, enjoyed a delicious lunch and ended with a tranquil boat ride thru caves and admiring beautiful wildlife and scenery. It was a fabulous tour full of history and humor. I would highly recommend Pegasus Vietnam tour company for all tours in Hanoi and surrounding areas. (review also posted on tripadvisor)

5.00We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi in the morning by our driver and personal guide Hieu and driven to the beautiful UNESCO site in Ninh Binh where Hieu shared with us his amazing knowledge of the history and culture of Vietnam. Always with a smile and laughter! We then travelled a bit further into the countryside where we rode bikes around the rice fields, it was so quiet and tranquil and the scenery was amazing . The small boat ride through the caves was a highlight for me. We finished the tour with an amazing lunch before travelling back to Hanoi. The itinerary can be adapted to suit you, so if something isnt to your taste he will change for you. Would 100 % choose pegasus vietnam tours again. Thank you Hieu for an amazing day !

5.00An absolute dream day trip. Hieu was a kind attentive font of knowledge. He went with whatever we wanted to do and what we didn't want to do,it was our day. The meal we had was tasty and loads of it. The driver and car was excellent. Would use pegasus tours again,brilliant.

5.00Communication was excellent from start to finish! Hieu handled everything professionally and the tour felt very private and relaxed. The transport was comfortable and clean and lunch was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend booking this tour if you wish to explore the beautiful scenery of Ninh Binh without the crowds. The bike ride through the rice fields was the highlight for our group - such a beautiful, peaceful way to see the countryside
