Opening in August 2024 in Shinjuku, this non-verbal live entertainment venue presents traditional Japanese culture in a whole new dimension. Supervised by the legendary Kabuki musician Denjiro Tanaka , who also performed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony. The show expresses Japan’s cultural icons—ninja, oiran courtesans, and taiko drumming—using the evolving performance techniques of Kabuki, passed down from the Edo period to the present. A cast of top-tier performers immerses audiences in a unique world through non-verbal expression that transcends language barriers, offering new adventures and surprises on your journey. Located in the heart of Shinjuku, the all-weather venue features an 80-minute performance, making it an ideal addition to your Shinjuku sightseeing plans.

5.00They put on a great show and the cast were very talented. The show starts with some drummers who were amazing. Then the ninja-themed Kabuki show was great including a very talented acrobatic cast member. After the intermission there was a chance for audience participation which was a lot of fun. A fascinating and fun experience overall.

1.00Half of us left early. The rest of us wish we did. Drums were cool and the first half had potential but failed to deliver. The second half was just awful.

5.00This is an excellent introduction to Japanese performance art form, the story line inspired with Ninja theme and ancient story make it easy to follow. I really enjoy the combination of martial art, traditional performance, taiko drum, music live in compact space makes it even more real and interactive. They took sometimes at the end to explain the acts, some concept in Kabuki, let the audience experience acting on some of the performance technic and ending with night cast photo! The cast put their heart into the performance and it shows! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
