5.00What a wonderful day traveling with our guide, Fabrice, to the WWII battlefields and memorials in Normandy. There were four of us, my husband and me and my parents, and we were very comfortable in the roomy Mercedes van and Fabrice pointed out many points of interest during the 3 hour drive from Paris to Normandy. He was also very knowledgeable about the Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, and American cemetery. He was patient with us as my elderly parents moved slowly and needed to rest, and also accommodated a side trip to see the Bayeux tapestry. This was a bucket list excursion for all of us and it was worth the extra money for us to have a customized experience.
