North Hill was Pensacola's first up-scale neighborhood, and is such a magnificent place that the entire neighborhood is on the National Historic Register. While most of its homes date from 1895-1940, the neighborhood continued to be developed into the 21st century. As a result, it is the most architecturally diverse in the city. Most of the homes are over 3,500 square feet and have three stories. Veteran realtor, Barbara Odom Westholm, who has worked in the industry for over 30 years, showcases many of the noteworthy homes. She gives far more information than how many bedrooms and baths. She immerses you in the history, showing photos of how things have evolved. She also has interviewed scores of residents, who add fascinating human interest points. At the tour's conclusion, you will get to walk inside one of these North Hill homes and see why this neighborhood is so unique.

I appreciate the use of an old truck but exhaust smell inside was making me ill. The truck needs more windows. Could not see well with present windows. Maybe use a more modern vehicle?

Very informative, host was friendly and attentive. I had an obstructed view so I would choose another seat next time.
Difficult to get refund when they cancelled tour.

We received a phone call four hours before tour was to leave stating it was canceled because a minimum number of people was not met. We were a party of four, I guess it took six people to run it. However, they did not issue me a refund until I called them twice and also called Viator to start a claim against them. So my issue was not receiving a credit on my credit card in a timely manner.

The tour was canceled. They needed more people to continue with the tour. They called the day before to let us know, but they said this tour is not very popular. Perhaps they need to publicize it more.
Excellent bus tour of Victorian homes and their renovations over the years.

This bus tour included an excellent narration and video of the interiors of the homes on the tour. Being able to see the actual home as the video reviewed renovations and repairs over the years was outstanding. This tour did not require getting on and off the bus or any walking! We all enjoyed our driver and doing a slow drive through the North Hill neighborhoods. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone at any age !

My friend and I live in Pensacola. We decided to be tourists for a day and took the old home tour. We had a great time and saw a lot of really beautiful old homes. Also, we were taught some interesting Pensacola history.
Trip was allowed to charge me. Then when we arrived I was told it was canceled. Still waiting to get a refund.

We had family in town and were trying to find things to do while "social distancing" This was the perfect answer. Fabulous tour! We have lived in the area over 20 years and learned history of Pensacola that we did not know. Our tour guide, Leroy was so much fun. We will definitely be back to do another tour.

We really enjoyed seeing parts of Pensacola that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. The vehicle was very comfortable and our guide Leroy was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
