  You know over a lifetime you do business with many many businesses and often it's very transactional.  You're just a customer and they are just a service provider.  But in the case of Iyanna and her husband, I will always be a client, not just a customer - why?  Because they bring tremendous value and love what they do, and that love is uncontained.  For example, they offer Free pictures.  So when you hear that what do you think?  A couple of free pics your back in the van heading home.  With them, even in -55 degree weather I almost had to tell them to stop - we have enough! (LOL).  They went above and beyond—finding the perfect angles, locations, and views. Everything was more than what I expected.  And they would have kept going until the sun came up if you let them.  So if you really want to see the northern lights, go with the best.  They have the technology and desire to find the absolute best locations to maximize your experience.  I would not even consider another company if I'm back in Fairbanks!  Just my opinion but I'm a business owner and I know exceptional service when I see it and more importantly when I "feel it" as a consumer.

  Our hosts, Ed and Elana were excellent hosts and went to great lengths to make sure our experience was top notch. We were warm and comfortable for the trip. The photos they took of us and for us are beautiful and express the experience very well.

  It was an amazing experience watching the northern lights with them. They were very knowledgeable about the science of Auroras and knew when and where to find them. They encouraged to take as many pictures as we like on their professional camera, and promptly shared the photos a few days later. A truly amazing experience overall.

  Ed & Elena are the best! They genuinely care about their guests. My feet are painfully freezing and she never hesitated to drop what she’s doing to help me out. She gave me and all their guests warmers to made sure everyone is warm enough to be able to enjoy the night despite the freezing temperature. That was so thoughtful of her. She even surprise everybody with a cake after the tour which is heavenly. We had such a fun night with so many great pictures that they took as well. Such a wonderful couple. Would highly recommend!

  Really nice experience. The tour guides are very friendly, they tried to took as many photos as they can to help visitors took the photos which they are satisfied! And the aurora is very bright and beautiful! Really amazing night! Thank you Elena!
