5.00AMAZING experience - the photos pretty much speak for themselves. Elena is fantastic! On the ride out, she told us all about the science of the Aurora and what needed to happen for us to be able to see it. She took absolutely beautiful photographs of everyone on the tour with the Aurora, many photos of each person at each stop and each iteration. She helped people pose so they were pointing at or holding up the Aurora, even holding up the Big Dipper. She checked every photo to make sure the photo and the person in it looked spectacular and would retake them to get the perfect shot each time. We stopped 3-4 times to see it in different places and strengths. I endorse this activity wholeheartedly. We were exhausted but so happy by the end. A few things to know - There is a rest stop on the way out and on the way back where you can use the bathroom and buy drinks and snacks. You don't have to buy anything because they have water in the van and a basket with a wide assortment of snacks. Definitely dress for the cold! That is not a joke. We were there in October and by 2 am, it was 10 degrees. It might not sound that bad, but standing still and trying to hold the phone steady while shivering is not that easy. Thank goodness for the hand and toe warmers that Elena passed out. We had brought hand warmers, but the toe warmers were a game changer. The photos I uploaded here are taken with my iPhone - Elena's are even better since she uses a professional camera on a tripod. Thank you Elena for an amazing experience that we will never forget!!

5.00Had an unforgettable Aurora Chasing tour with Arctic Night Tours! The team’s energy made the whole experience magical. Our guide kept saying please don’t move while taking our photos, a phrase that became part of the fun and a memory I’ll always cherish. Truly a memorable night under the northern lights!

5.00Our Northern light tour guide Ed was absolutely fantastic even though the weather was challenging he was determined to find us a clear patch of sky. He was constantly monitoring the forecast. He finally found the perfect spot and we were rewarded with a beautiful display that exceeded our expectations. Elena was very patient and informative regarding the photography Both she and Ed took the time for everyone to have fabulous pictures. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend Artic Night Tours.

5.00It all depends on Mother Nature and the current conditions. But the guides are experts at knowing where to go to see the aurora borealis, even when conditions don’t seem very favorable.
