Budget-Friendly Northern Lights Chase – Offers an affordable way to hunt for the Northern Lights while maintaining comfort in a modern, heated bus.
Flexibility to Find Clear Skies – Our route adapts based on weather conditions, sometimes taking us inland, along the coast, or even into Finland to maximize the chances of seeing the aurora.
Transparency About Challenges – We prioritize finding clear skies over scenic locations due to increased road traffic. Stops may be alongside roads, but our goal is to provide the best possible view of the Northern Lights.
Comfort with Realistic Expectations – The bus offers warmth, though it may cool down on particularly cold nights. Guests are encouraged to dress in warm layers for added comfort.
Guided by Experts – Knowledgeable guides provide insights and help with photography, ensuring a memorable experience.

This is a group tour with a maximum of 50 guests.
Our tour operates in all weather conditions. We often see the best Northern Lights displays on nights with the worst forecasted weather conditions.
This is a real chase that may include many hours of driving. The return time to Tromsø is between midnight and 04:00
There are no refunds or free trips if we do not see the Northern Lights or if you fail to meet us at the meeting point on time.
We require a minimum of 15 participants. In the rare event that a tour needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5.00Truly an excellent bus chase! The bus ride was long, but it was scenic even at night. We got on and off the bus a few times to see faint lights, but then we drove into Finland and saw such a beautiful light show! It was such a breathtaking experience! Our guides were very informative and full of energy. They made sure we got photos with the northern lights. They shared all the photos and even a map of our bus route.

5.00We saw the Northern Lights, and they truly exceeded our expectations! Initially, we were skeptical due to the weather, but Kalita and Felix took us to the perfect spot, where we watched the aurora dance and illuminate the sky. A huge shoutout to both of them for their incredible efforts—going above and beyond by setting up a fire camp, capturing stunning photos, and serving warm juice and cookies. To top it off, they kindly dropped us off at our hotel as part of their route. We couldn’t be more grateful!

5.00Do not hesitate booking - this is a wonderful team with good energy and determination to make this the best opportunity possible for you. Huge thanks to our amazing team Owen and Jonas for their in depth knowledge on Northern Lights and starry constellations, finding the best location to witness what was a truly spectacular display of dancing northern lights, for their outstanding photography and assistance in getting the right shots. Big thanks to Adrian too for driving us safely to Finland and back in snowy freezing conditions. We were even lucky enough to spot an artic hare and fox on our journey! Forever thankful, wouldn’t have missed this for the world. TIP: pack additional layers, more than you imagine you will need - it’s super cold out there in the middle of a clear night - trust me you’ll need them.
