Come with us on a hunt for the Northern Lights with just a few other people so that you can enjoy it to the fullest & get the most personal service possible.

We focus on personal and fun experiences, combined with photography by the guide so that you can take home the memories, and the guide will tell you stories of the Vikings, the settlement and history of Iceland, the Norse gods & the mythological stories, and learn more about the trolls & elves found here in Iceland.

Luck is always a factor when hunting the aurora in Iceland. Even if all the conditions seem perfect, nature can be fickle, and the northern lights still may not show, in the case you do not see the lights, we will offer you a free-of-charge retry (subject to availability).

We reserve the right to cancel the tour at any moment, and for any reason, such as weather conditions & forecast, lack of participation, technical issues, etc.

Fantastic tour guide and despite not being lucky enough to see the northern lights as the weather wasn't cooperating, the stories about Icelandic culture and excitement of the attempt were unparalleled. And, even though it was rainy, cloudy, and windy, we were able to get photos of the lights, hidden behind the clouds, with the camera Magnus had!

Amazing experience! Pickup was about as easy as it gets. We drove to different stops outside the city, each one trying to get a better view of the northern lights. We were lucky enough to see the lights - pretty faintly but still very lucky to see something like that with the help of our tour guide Magnus. Can’t ask for much more out of a tour guide than Magnus. Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, curious about his guests and always willing to answer any questions we had. If I’m back in Iceland, I will for sure do thsi tour again hoping to see the lights even more clear and see Magnus again. Would definitely recommend.

A great trip with Magnus with a superjeep. It doesn’t get any better — get a lot of information about Iceland — as well as nice storytelling. and we saw really impressive Northern Lights. He drove us to a place far outside and took great photos with us in front of the Northern Lights. Thank you again

What a fantastic Northern Lights tour! Magnus is an awesome guide — great storyteller, aurora hunter, and photographer. Fenris the husky was adorable, the hot chocolate hit the spot, and we got a full, beautiful aurora. Cool car, great vibes — highly recommend!

Magnus was excellent in all departments from his story telling to his knowledge of the area and where to chase the light, luckily we found them which made the trip complete

The Northern Lights Jeep Tour with Magnus Viking was spectacular. He had the tenacity to take us out to see the Northern Lights the second night, because they were under the clouds the first night. He was definitely an expert and professional at finding the Northern Lights the second night. He took individaul beautiful pictures of all of us on the tour beneath the Northern Lights. I highly recommend the Northern Lights Jeep Tour with Magnus Viking.

Arni was a great guide!! Super nice, funny, and knowledgeable. He took care of us our whole stay. 100/10 recommend any tour with him!! Will definitely go again when I return one day. Much love from the states

As soon I arrived in Reykjavik I booked the experience because I didn’t want to waste any possibility to see the Northern lights! The weather was not the best but Arni was checking all the weather’s conditions and moving accordingly. He was literally hunting the northern lights! At the end we made it! The northern lights exploded in the sky! It was amazing! Unbelievable! High recommend!!!

My friends and I went on a tour with Arni and he was the Best! He was extremely outgoing, checking in on everyone making sure they felt included, and took us on surprise adventures throughout - it’s always better when you have someone so proud of their country showing you around!
