Northern Lights Chase – Cozy 5-Hour Tour Meeting point: Outside Polaria, Tromsø. Your guide will meet you before we head out. (About 10 min) Ersfjordbotn: Beautiful fjord with mountain views, perfect for northern lights photos. (20–30 min) Sommarøy: Open coastal area, far from city lights, great for seeing northern lights over the sea. (30 min) Finnish border: If weather is better here, we drive to increase chances of seeing the lights. (1–1.5 hours including stops) Campfire and snacks: Warm drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and traditional Norwegian snacks like lefse, crispbread with brown cheese, dried sausage, and Kvikk Lunsj.
