5.00We had Hassan as a guide and he was an incredible guide. He had it all covered. He really knew this with the northern lights and where you had the best chance of seeing this. Very helpful in setting up the camera for the best pictures and really explained how the northern lights could look. Can really recommend this company and you really get value for money.

5.00The overcast weather was against us for our tour on 12 November however Snow Travels were up front and told us the likelihood of seeing the lights was low. They offered a full refund to anyone who didn’t want to continue with the tour that night. A few took that option but as a group of 4 who had travelled from Australia and were leaving the next day we stayed and were rewarded at 2am with a great display of the lights. Hassan was on the phone constantly checking weather openings and worked really hard to find a clearing in the clouds. The tour went over time to maximise our chances of seeing the lights. In the end we were the only group out so late. Thank you to Marius and Hassan for your honesty and integrity. Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Tromso to conduct our Northern Lights tour should we be fortunate enough to return one day. Will definitely be recommending Snow Travels to family and friends.

5.00Really well organised, lovely tour guide who clearly loved his job and his positivity and enthusiasm were infectious. Great group size and good local knowledge of where to see the lights. Always on the look out for us for photo opportunities, willing to drive to wherever was best so that we could experience them. (Thanks Marius!!)

5.00It was a wonderful experience to see the Northern Lights. I can only recommend this tour to anyone. Hassan led the tour wonderfully. His enthusiasm for the Northern Lights could be felt. The organization was perfect and the atmosphere, along with the campfire, was great. I have learned a lot about the Northern Lights and will never forget this tour! Thank you also for returning directly to the hotel. All the best and keep it up!!

5.00Wow! It was incredible! Our guide Kamil made this a night we will never forget. The lights were dancing from the minute we arrived. He made sure we got to see the Northern Lights do their thing and also made sure we had amazing pictures to capture it all. His genuine excitement and energy added to the experience. Truly spectacular. He then took the time to explain how it all happens. The fire was perfect, we cooked and enjoyed hot dogs, had snacks, drinks, and an amazing once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend!!!!

5.0010000x stars to Hassan & Marius!!! On a super cloudy & rainy night, we were blessed with an incredible, once in a lifetime aurora light show! So magnificent that our guide, Hassan was impressed even though he has seen the lights thousands of times growing up here. Even when the odds were against us, the lights glowed so strong we were able to see the pink and green hues with our naked eyes. What is impressive is that we were the ONLY group at our camp site, so we know it had to take a lot of experience and expertise from Snow Travels to ensure we were able to catch the lights tonight. THANK YOU HASSAN!!!!
Would I do it again…………………ABSOLUTELY!

5.00Amazing experience! Although not guaranteed we got lucky and saw the lights! Our tour guide, Hassan was wonderful! So knowledgeable, kept stopping at different places to check the weather and kept us well fed with chocolate and biscuits! Small tour, only 10 people on the minibus which was perfect! The hot chocolate, tea and baileys whilst sitting on the beach at mid night watching the lights was a very nice experience! As a solo traveller I felt safe, was welcomed by Hassan and was dropped off outside my hotel at the end of the tour. Would I do this tour again………….absolutely!

5.00Hassan was an enthusiastic and hilarious guide, and we got lucky with a great light show. He judged the weather conditions and we headed west for the view, but he said sometimes conditions warrant going into Finland instead.
