  Our family of four really enjoyed our day tour in KL. Lernard contacted me for the details of the tour as soon as I booked and was easy to communicate with to answer questions/concerns. He gave clear instructions prior to the trip so we know what to expect and to prepare. On the day of the tour, we were picked up at our hotel - Conrad Centennial Singapore at 0500 by our driver Mr. Low. We were in Putra Mosque Malaysia by 0900. We met our tour guide Sandran at our second stop - Batu Caves and he assisted us throughout our tour - KLCC/Petronas Tower and Central Market. After shopping at Central Market we opted to go back to Singapore instead of going to the Thean Hou Temple due to the weather and they were flexible and okay with our request. Overall, it was a very worth it trip. Sandran and Mr. Low made it smooth, comfortable and convenient. We definitely recommend this tour with them.

  Dino and Lisa were absolutely amazing!! Great itinerary and information about the locations. It was a long drive from Singapore to the destinations in Malaysia but Dino navigated it perfectly and always made sure we had anything we needed.

  Fantastic tour where we were able to soak in the beauty and character of Malaysia, its people and history. Our guide Lisa was very friendly, knowledgeable and had great insight into all sites and their history. The pickup and drop off were first class and alleviated any headaches one would normally anticipate with a very long and complex single day tour. Highly recommended!

  Where can I start? I was contacted immediately after booking by Lernard to confirm which sites we wanted to see. The details he provided was easy to understand and was helpful. Then we were contacted by our driver, Dino, who was super awesome driver and on time. She even gave me a wake up call to make sure we didn't over sleep. She also made sure we had our passports and entry cards right when we got into the car. After a couple hours of driving, we met Lisa, our amazing tour guide in Malaysia. She is so knowledgeable, not only of Malaysia, but of other cultures and countries. She took us to our selected destinations and had lunch where we were able to taste local foods. Unfortunately, we had a medical incident, where we had to cut our tour short and head back. However, during this moment, both Lisa and Dino were so helpful and attentive. We could not have survivied the day without them. It was overall an awesome experience and felt like we made 2 new friends. Thank you Lisa and Dino for everything! Hope we meet again someday!

  We enjoyed the driver and the tour guide very funny and talking with them. They took us to many places and with extra time got to see more than we picked which was nice.
