1.00We ordered a luxury sedan, the car was not that. It was small in the back, and barely fit our luggage. The driver was nice but had lots of clutter in the front, kept taking phone calls, and playing news radio. He did not know my name to confirm he was our ride, and he did not know our flight info, even though we provided that during booking. He was also dressed in sweats and took about 30 minutes to get to the pick up point after telling us he was only 10 minutes away. We also couldn’t turn the lights in the back on and off. Overall not the lux experience you expect when booking a luxury car.

5.00The perfect way to arrive in NYC! I am so glad that I booked this transfer from LGA to our Times Square hotel. I had a text from the driver when we had landed and he was in communication with us as we got our luggage and throughout the whole process. The ride was smooth and he dropped us right at the hotel entrance. I could not have asked for a better experience and we will definitely use this company again when traveling to NYC! I highly recommend them!

5.00Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and changed airports. This company and employees went out of their way to accommodate our stressful travel changes. They didn’t skip a beat to make sure we were taken care of. Our driver was Mo and he was PHENOMENAL!!! Very knowledgeable about the city, offered recommendations for food and activities while we were in town. He made our extremely stressful day a whole lot easier to handle after having the pleasure of being their passenger!!
