During the months St. Patrick’s Cathedral was closed, we had the opportunity to overhaul and upgrade the entire audio tour. We added hundreds of new images and audio segments. The tour is offered in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese.

2.00DISAPPOINTED. EMBARASSED. CHEATED. I have literally booked almost 40 excursions with Viator. Do you realize how much effort, money, searching and time that takes for me to find the perfect excursions that my family will enjoy? Up to this point, I have had no problems with booking my travel plans with Viator, this may be the last. For the NYC Combo, I did not receive my lunch/dinner vouchers for Dave & Busters. In fact, they said they never heard of Viator!!!!! We never received the driver for each excursion, which was guarantee when I booked this event! I had to pay for 4 Ubers - finances that I did not plan for!!!! We did not have a VIP Skip the line experience at MOMA. We waited for over 45 minutes to get in at the 12:30pm time that we were given. I chose Viator because you've proven to be such a great partner with travel plans. I am utterly disappointed in how not only me, but how my family was treated. People have asked me how I made my travel plans and I am not referring you. This a clinic in unprofessionalism. You ruined my thanksgiving.

5.00Overall, my husband and I had a great time. My one complaint is that we didn't find out until the night before that you have to get around on your own to get to all of the events. It's not explained when you book the trip. We spent extra money that we hadn't planned on spending, especially since we don't know our way around Manhattan. Uber rides will add up. Also, the time that we picked for the tour isn't the time that we were assigned to go on the tour. We picked 12:30pm and the boat tour wasn't until 2:30pm. Dave and Buster's is still closed because of the Pandemic. We were given vouchers to The Hard Rock Cafe. The food was great, but that should be explained beforehand as well. If it wasn't for Julie from Reservations, we wouldn't have known anything.

1.00Viator this was awful. Your customer service made me experience in New York so unhappy. You all just took my money. I didn't get my passes to DAVE N BUSTERS NOR THE HOP ON HOP Bus. 5.00Amazing day out and booked 3 months in advance the Crown entry which was hard work climbing up small spiral staircase but it was worth it no good for the claustraphobic! Excellent value.
