1.0I booked for 8.30 in the morning by mistake when I was meant to book for 8.30 in the evening I went to cancel and re book it but read that I couldn't do that as it was less than 24 hours before and that I would lose the money without even a partial refund I understand that is there policy but I reached out to the tour operator several times over a 48 hour period to see if anything could be done but was ignored every time I messaged with not even as much as an acknowledgement reply so basically ended up having to book twice for double the cost so overall I'd say very poor customer service

3.0If you buy the priority ticket, navigating the throngs to find the priority line is nearly impossible. There are no signs at all. Consider yourself lucky to find the one guy (he could at least hold a “Priority” sign) who can lead you through the masses and to the priority queue. The view once there, is truly worth every penny.

5.0Out of all the high rise observation decks I done in New York this was by far the best! Easy to get to using subway, amazing sunrise behind the Empire State Building observed and your far more protected from the cold wind than what you are on the Empire State and Rockefeller whilst having a much better viewing platform. Would recommend you do this and leave the others in my opinion.
