  It was windy, the location wasn’t clear. The bus bathroom door or back door was broken and kept opening and closing. The recording was talking to fast at one time we missed the part where they told us to look for the statue of liberty. The guys outside was helpful but there was mush they could do about the rain showers and wind.

  Could not find the bus. No address was provided as to where to meet the bus. Missed out on the tour and had to book a tour with another bus company

  Off and On Bus provided a smooth and reliable experience. The drivers and tour guide Sain were professional, patient, and very helpful during boarding and drop-off. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and everything ran on time. I appreciated the care and attention given to passengers, which made the trip stress-free. I would definitely recommend Off and On Bus for safe and dependable transportation.

  Touring New York will always be a nice event. So much to see. This bus tour is no different, but it has its quirks. First off, we got snow the day before, and the company didn’t do anything about that on the top deck. Everything was covered with snow, and it was cold. So the only seats you could sit in, and there was only a few, were the ones that someone else had cleaned off or sat in and melted away the ice and snow. Also, the sound system had many problems so no one was quite sure if what we were seeing was really what was being described. Being at night, it was freezing, even inside the bus, and the employees didn’t really care or doing anything about it. No heater, blankets, etc…but I understand that the weather is not their fault, and on a nice night it would be a much more pleasant experience.

  The absolute catastrophe bus still doesn't come after 1.5 hours of waiting. Costs were not refunded despite cancellation!!! Don't touch that crap!

  Our family had a terrible experience with this bus. Do not choose this bus and waste your money!!!! We waited an hour or more for the tour to start!!!!!! All the passengers even got off the bus because of so much delay and wasted time!!!!!!! Save your money!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

  This was literally a huge rip off! We arrive at 7:00 and board and 15 min goes by we ask what’s the hold up they say we need more people and we replied that’s not our problem refund us. They then say we have 2 people in the bathroom so 5 min we would go. Another 15 minutes goes by at this point I call Trip Advisor and request a refund which they transferred me to one of the guys that were there who stated were leaving in just a few minutes the 2 people will be right here. So he hands us earphones to hear the detailed tour! We take off and there was no detailed tour just 3 short NY tunes on replay the whole time. There was supposed to be Statue of Liberty tour included there was none! This is a total SCAM and waste of money Definitely not at all worth the hype - it was a short bus ride only a huge rip off from what they advertised we paid for! We requested a refund still waiting before disputing with credit card.

  Honestly the negative reviews were right. The audio never worked and we left an hour after said time. The guys are gross venders and they don’t care about cleaning the bus.

  This was a nice bus ride through the city. Got to see China town, empire state building, and some other attractions. Definetly worth the price we paid. Only criticism is that the tour included audio about the sites, and that audio was poorly timed, didn't make sense to where we were, and was repeated in different areas. It was confusing.
