  I did everything correct, went to both the boat place and the bus place and neither were running, there was nonody there or staff just signs, absolutely ridiculous. Never got a refund.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Don’t go!! Horrible! We arrived there no boat - then a worker from an other boat told us this company is out of business and try to rip of people on trip advisor!!!! Horrible!!! SCAM!!! My parents came from Germany and I wanted to book them an amazing experience- I am so disappointed!!!!!!

  We were provided an address for W42nd St & 7 Ave & found dedicated bus stop drop off area but after an 45min nobody had showed up while other bus tours have driven around a couple times at least. Horrible I structions. Something about a red lobster when there's no red lobster there. Also, nobody answered phones. A street vendor & food vendor even said the bus company are closed don't come there. so I'm Pretty sure they're closed & not operating. Not sure how or why Viator or TripAdvisor is allowing this scam to go on?!

  Lousy. I never found the place or the people responsible for the service, even though I attended the place at the indicated time. I texted, tried to reach the provider. I was never served. I demand reimbursement

  Horrible. No cruise or buses were ever running the day we bought our tickets. My family and I waited at each destination for over 2 hours only to find out after I called numerous times to find out after the fact that no cruise or buses were running. I called the company Viator where I purchased my tickets and they said they needed to verify what I was saying is true before I could get a refund. Not accepting the fact that after waiting for hours at each destination and the fact that it was really cold, I contacted Viator to let them know I was there with my family at both events were a NO show. I would never recommend NYC statue of Liberty and bus tours to anyone.

  The free boat tour is a scam. 40 people turned up at Pier 36 to no boat, no people, nothing. We waited for 2 hours along with everyone else way past the supposed start time of the tour. Then left - wasted time. The instructions were useless. I will not be using this company ever again.

  The experience was nice. However, it was very misleading the ferry is not apart of the bus tour. You will have to schedule it at a later time. Which can be difficult if it doesn't fit into your travel plans. I was unable to do the ferry. So I lost 1/2 of the "advertised" experience. Tried to call. No refund.

  WORST EVER TOUR BUS COMPANY, ABSOLUTR RIP OFF! (READ TO UNDERSTAND MORE) This is the scandalous company. I bought tickets from the vendor in Time Square. The next day, I have really hard time catching the bus! They gave me the tour map with the bar code to download the app. I didnt even work! IT NEVER WORKS. I can't call them, I cant track where they are either. But luckily, I found while I was walking on the street, the bus driver guided me where the bus stop was. So I've decided to wait in front of the actual bus stop and it took me almost 30 minutes to wait for them to arrive. Upon entering the bus, I was SHOCKED TO SEE HOW DRITY AND POORLY MAINTAINED THE BUS IS! The driver is terrible. The bus is so shaky to the point ONE OLD LADY FALLEN OFF HER SEAT, hurting her back. Even myself, I almost fell as well. This is absolutely unacceptable! Then when I arrived for the boat, they said the boat is mechanically broken down. That is the second discomfort. Hence, I have asked for a refund. They posed me with an extremely rude attitude, refused to give me a refund. They were showing aggressive attitude as well, swearing off at the passenger (using profanities) Worst ever company. Avoid at all cost.

  It was windy, the location wasn’t clear. The bus bathroom door or back door was broken and kept opening and closing. The recording was talking to fast at one time we missed the part where they told us to look for the statue of liberty. The guys outside was helpful but there was mush they could do about the rain showers and wind.
