  This was an express trip at 6 pm because we didn’t have a lot of time but it was perfect. Not only did we get see the Statue of Liberty, we saw the beauty of the sunset and the skyline lit up at night.

  Supposed to get free drinks, but that wasn't true. Kids were running everywhere. I give it one star for the false advertisement regarding free drinks. There was no soap in the restrooms. More chairs are needed on the boat; people were looking for chairs. Very poor service. ANE WHEN YOU RETURN THEY WANT A TIP.

• Great Inexpensive Day Cruise

  This was a good, inexpensive, one-hour cruise. The boat is a little older and dated but gets the job done of seeing the Statue of Liberty up close, including slowing down to get plenty of photos. The tour is also narrated with plenty of other sites to see. There was also a drink bar and snacks available for purchase. The crew was really friendly too.

  If you go in January and February in a couple months, be prepared to freeze please come wrapped up gloves, hats, mittens, everything cause it’s cold on the water

  The view is fascinating, and the group is perfect. The price is very reasonable......The prices inside are very economical, we enjoyed our free drink.

  The experience was exactly what we were looking for. To be able to visit the Statue of Liberty on a boat. It was a cool & beautiful experience. The only thing I would change if I could, would be to implement heaters on the dock of the boat as it was freezing outside especially during the later hours. Also, the free drink is a small cup of water, juice or soda. I thought it would at least a full sized drink.

  I feel the experience could have been better. The tour departed later than scheduled. The boat was beautiful on the outside but very dirty, uncomfortable and unorganized.

  We were happy that in the end we got to see the Statue of Liberty. Our 60 minute tour was almost 2 hours long. On the way out the boat did a U turn, went back to the dock, sat for 15 minutes and then the tour re-started. Apparently there was an issue with the boat, but nothing was communicated with the passengers at any point. Very odd.
