5.00Really welcoming when we arrived. Captain Crash even made a connection with us straight away when we told him we were from Aotearoa NZ, he said hey we’re cousins 🫶🏽 that instantly made us comfortable. Had a safe journey out to the snorkeling spot. Gave us a thorough but common sense talk. Margret was talking to all the passengers it was great. This tour is 100% guaranteed to see turtles and we saw around 10 all up. It was fabulous. Margret also told us some local stories about the area and the Hawaiian name for turtle. Our daughter had enough about 3/4 the way in so we got back on board where she was able to head to the loo, warm up under the towel and then we were all offered drinks and snacks. We were so grateful for the journey so we’re happy to give tips to the crew. We also took the time to take photos with them and would recommend them to everyone. This was the cheapest one we could find but it is definitely worth more. Appreciate the crew, Arohanui

2.00It felt the crew were more in tune with younger people. They took us out to an area that had a stronger than normal current for snorkeling that day. Many of their customers (especially older persons) had trouble keeping up with young crew, and the back of the boat was full of people throwing up. One of the bathrooms had to be shut down because a poor sea sick person couldn't make it and threw up at the steps to the bathroom. It seemed making money was more important that the safety and enjoyment of their customers. They were Johnny on the spot however in reminding us about how important tips were to the crew though.

5.00True to their word, we saw a turtle surfacing before we even got into the water! The crew (Crash, Margaret, and Holly) took great care of us. Instructions were clear and helpful. Holly's guidance was super appreciated as she told us where to go, what we were seeing, and why we were seeing them in that spot. I would definitely recommend this tour to see turtles, learn about new fish, and enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian day.

5.00Captain crash was great. This is one of the few companies that cares about safety. They went over in detail all of the precautions, correct usage of the life vests etc. In Mexico you’re basically on your own with safety snorkeling, this felt way better. The crew was great in every way and one of the lesser expensive tours
