  Make sure you get what you paid for. Wanted the hour at beach with turtles and didn't get it. Arrived early to not miss the departure time and load without delays but none of the drivers had our name listed and was told sir being quite so that we could hear name being called out

• Disappointing end to a great trip

  The bus was 30 min late picking up. Eventually an old school bus pulled up and by the time we got on, only back seat was available. This was right over the back wheel hub, so no legroom and only a half window. Air con for the bus was blowing right down on us whole trip. The air con vents were mouldy as was the ceiling. Had to swipe away a cockroach at one stage. A terribly disappointing end to a great holiday. This was our first time booking through Viator and will be our last.

  Johnny was a great guide. He kept us engaged and on track. Lots of interesting places.

  A little disappointing because we didn't get a chance to stop at the coffee farm, leonards bakery or the hawaii temple. Also the spot that we stopped at to see the turtles had murky waters and smelled bad. The bus audio system was pretty bad and I had to keep asking my husband what did the guide say.

  Had a great day. Johny was a great guide and very informative. Gave us the option to swim or shop. Great value for money better than I thought it would be recommend for a great day out.

  A lot of the stops are really shopping and eating stops. There are no guided visits in any of the locations

  Although our guide Johnny was great the tour left a lot to be desired. Most of the stops we felt was just commission stops for us to buy stuff. The beach for swimming with the turtles was very disappointing with a lot of homeless camps around. Felt very grotty and unsafe. Not a lot of time to have a good look around the pineapple plantation would have love to experience the train around.

  We did the ultimate island circle tour on May 4 starting at 7:30 am. We had a great day. The driver met us about 50m from our hotel entrance. He greeted, a number of us waiting for him, cheerfully and professionally. We picked up a number of other groups from other hotels and promptly set off on the tour. The pace for 21 stops was very comfortable and appropriate stops were made for people to buy souvenirs, food or use restrooms. The driver supplied commentary on various places and played entertaining music for the last hour of the ride. We highly recommend this circle Island day tour for travellers wishing to get an idea of the Hawaiian landscape, people and food.

  It was a good time , our guide was funny and knowledgeable. Other travelers fun to get to know. Nice not driving ourselves.

  Great day with Cousin Johnny. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Only critique is our beach stop. Don’t plan on being able to snorkel or swim. Water was rough and muddy from the flooding.
