  The island tour itself was excellent, and our tour guide was exceptionally friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. He made the experience enjoyable and is a big reason the tour was a positive one overall. However, the pickup and departure process needs significant improvement. Our ticket listed pickup at 7:00 a.m. with a 7:00 a.m. start time, yet we were not picked up until 7:45 a.m. That delay was frustrating, especially for guests who arrived on time and were ready to begin as scheduled. The pickup area was also very confusing and stressful. With 20+ buses for different tours arriving in the same area, guests were left running up and down the street asking each driver which tour they were with. A much better system would be for drivers to hold a sign with the tour name, or clearly display the tour name on the front of the bus, so guests can quickly and confidently identify their transportation. Additionally, departures should remain timely for guests who arrive as instructed. Delaying the entire group because others are late is unfair to those who were punctual, and it reduced the amount of time we were able to spend enjoying some of the stops. Overall, the guide was outstanding, but the pickup and departure logistics need to be much more organized, clear, and respectful of guests’ time.

  The tour guide Quinton was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was so helpful with taking our pictures.

  Our driver was excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. He was very funny, kind and entertaining. It was cool getting to see the entire island. I will, however, mention that I did not like the fact that we did go out of order or certain things. Also, my kids were very disappointed they did not get to snorkel, unfortunately, nobody from our tour was able to snorkel since it is a very rocky area and I would say not the best for snorkeling. Also, the pitstops that we made were extremely short and felt very rushed given the timeframe we were given.

  The tour was ok. We seemed to be rushed at every stop. Nobody could snorkel because there wasn't enough time and the water was too churned up by storms earlier in the month. Pickups and parking at some stops were problems because the bus was too large to park at the planned locations.

  The tour was well organised. Uncle D. explained very well each place we visited. I would recommend this tour. They provided cold water, which was very nice.

  A really enjoyable drive around the island with Cousin D, what a privilege to be guided by a PHD who has so much knowledge and is so passionate about his home. Thank you Cousin D, we wish you well for you and your community.

  Great tour guide. Very pleasant and relaxed tour. Uncle D is an incredible soul and fantastic at his tour guide job. Only suggestion is: I wish there were one or two stops where people could better appreciate and take pictures of the mountains - they could be just 10 min pull over stops at one or two key sites. Also, if possible, it would be great to do another 10 min pull over stop just to appreciate the pineaple plantation. But, I have no hesitation to recommend this tour. It was super nice. I would do it again.

  I was more than pleased with this tour. Marvie our guide was great! This is the best way to see many of the major sites. Snorkeling on the north shore was still rough from storms last month. Fantastic lunch stop. Dole Plantation, Blowhole and other parks were all great stops. Don't miss this!
