5.00I booked Tracy Tours Jamaica for the Ocho Rios Blue Hole and Nuevo Bamboo Rafting experience, and it was the highlight of our trip. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Blue Hole: Absolutely stunning. Tracy’s team got us there early before the crowds, so we had the falls and turquoise pools almost to ourselves. Our guide was fun, safety-conscious, and took incredible photos of us jumping into the water. The cliffs, rope swing, and caves made it feel like a hidden adventure, not a tourist trap. Nuevo Bamboo Rafting: This was the perfect chill follow-up to the Blue Hole’s adrenaline. The bamboo raft was clean, beautifully decorated, and our captain was knowledgeable and laid-back. Floating down the calm river while snacking on fresh coconut and listening to reggae was pure bliss. They even offered limestone foot massage – don’t skip it! Logistics: Tracy Tours communicated clearly before pickup, the van was air-conditioned and comfortable, and our driver was punctual, polite, and a safe driver. They also helped coordinate entry fees and timing perfectly so we never felt rushed. Pro tip: Wear water shoes for the Blue Hole, bring cash for tips, and let Tracy Tours handle the rest. Worth every penny. Would book again in a heartbeat.

5.00Tracy was our driver for the tours! She was on time and so very sweet and nice !! Her driving was excellent and she even stayed with us the entire time we were doing the tours !! She was the best driver I’ve ever had in Jamaica and I come often.. I will definitely be using her many many more times !!

5.00I came to Jamaica early March,And tracy was my driver , she took me to the blue hole in ocho rios i had a wonderful time with her ,the best part is she new the history about her island wish was wonderful , i will be back in jamaica in october with a couple of my friends and i recommend tracy to be my driver again,thanks Tracey keep up the great work.

The first time we booked with Tracy, she took us on a day trip to the Bob Marley Museum, and she made the entire experience so much fun from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It felt like we were exploring with a friend rather than just a tour guide! Because we had such a great time, we booked with her again for tubing and a trip to Dunn's River Falls — and once again, she did not disappoint. Everything was perfectly organized, stress-free, and full of laughs. Tracy is reliable, friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing time.
