We pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Bucharest and drive about 2 hours, north towards Sinaia to get to the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains. We start to venture deep into the Bucegi Mountains Nature Park, passing trough amazing landscapes. Explore the beautiful surroundings of the Bolboci Lake, named as ”The sea of Bucegi”. Further on, the jeep tour continues to Podu cu Florile Peak and you`ll enjoy panoramic views of the Bucegi Mountains. In the evening arrive at our accommodation in Brasov area.

We end the day with a delicious Romanian dinner and tasting the traditional local drinks.
Manastirea Sinca Veche
In the morning, the jeep tour continues with a challenging off road trip to Diham Cottage passing through gorgeous scenery of the Bucegi Mountains. Discover spectacular peaks of “Coltii Morarului”, known as Teeth of Dracula`s and drink a cup of coffee in nature surrounded by impressive mountains views. After that, we drive down towards Rasnov and the jeep tour continues to get to Sinca Veche where we make a stop to visit the unique cave Monastery, also named "Temple of Wishes".
Poiana Marului
Continue to explore Poiana Marului area, enjoying spectacular landscapes. The village sceneries are charming and you`ll be fascinated by this fairytale place. In the evening, arrive at our cozy accommodation, at an altitude of 1100m.

Prapastiile Zarnestiului
We leave Poiana Marului, driving about 15 minutes to Zarnesti. Your guide will take you on a short walking through the Canyon of Zarnesti while breathing the fresh mountain air in the scenery of “Cold Mountain” movie.
Magura
After that, you`ll drive off road through the rolling hills of Magura and Pestera traditional villages. Here, you`ll see some of the best breathtaking views from Romania. you will discover the authentic rural life in Romania, a land with rolling hills, remote villages `s roads, traditional wooden houses.
Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)
You`ll then visit the legendary Bran Castle, known as the home of Dracula`s spirit.The jeep tour continues through stunning landscapes of the Bran Pass and reach the highest traditional village from Romania, Fundatica at an altitude of 1360 m. From there, drive on Key Valley route and you`ll have the opportunity to enjoy zipline. In the evening we arrive at our 4 * hotel in Poiana Brasov, where we stay for the next 2 nights.

Vama Buzaului
Today, we leave the hotel in the morning, driving towards Vama Buzaului we arrive at Urlatoarele waterfall. We will stop and take a break, walking on the hill to the water curtain.
From there, you will be taken to the stunning landscape of Tabla Butii (“The Plateau of Barrels”) route for an amazing off road experience. You will discover the road used centuries ago to cross from Wallachia to Transylvania, one of the mountain passes used by migrating Tatars and Cumans hordes into Transylvania and Europe. The jeep tour continues with a visit of an authentic sheepfold and you`ll have the opportunity to taste organic cheese. Descending the mountains, we arrive in Zizin and drive along the Buzau River valley passing through a beautiful landscapes. In the evening, arrive at our accommodation in Poiana Brasov.

Brasov Historical Center
In the last day of the jeep tour, you`ll drive to Brasov and enjoy a short walking tour in the Old Town of Brasov. Here you will see the famous Black Church (the largest Gothic construction in Eastern part of Europe).The old town is one of the best preserved old towns in Europe with splendid architecture and old fortifications. The city has an amazing history with influences from Germany, the Austria-Hungarian Empire and the old communist state. Drive back to Bucharest and transfer to your hotel in Bucharest or to the airport.

5.00My friends and I (group of 5) found Marius through TripAdvisor and Facebook. I reached out to him and he was very responsive, helpful, and organized. He planned an amazing 4x4 trip for us from Bucharest to the Carpathian mountains. Our adventure was 5 days long (4 nights) and included a lot of gorgeous trails and views as well as fun coffee breaks to soak it all in. I would definitely return and do it all again with Marius. He was a true gentleman and a great guide. He showed us a side of Romania that not many people get to see. Thank you, Marius :-) Highly recommend!!!

5.00Fantastic guidance, luxerious 4x4 cars, authentic meals, beautiful scenery but most important fantastic help in adjusting the tour to your own specific requirements. Oh and it is really off road!

5.00With the group of 5 old friends we spent great time in Apuseni Mountains, Romania, this June. Our trip was perfectly organized by Marius and his team. We got great guide Mihail, nice views, nice accomodation.

5.00Best off-road experience ever with the best guide and an amazing car ! It was a present for our marriage anniversary and it was the best thing to do together. Along the road we saw amazing landscapes and we found out interesting things about people, places and history . I can't way to choose another experience but this time more days and with our kids. For those like us who love the mountains but doesn't have the necessary preparation / knowledge / friends with knowhow 4x4Tours is the best solution to enjoy every moment out there in the amazing Romania mountains. P.S.: Mr. Marius helped me at 22:00 to organize the trip when I was hopeless to have this kind of experience in just few days. (I talked with him Tuesday night and on Saturday we were just on top of the mountains).

5.00What about going in one of the most beautiful places in Romania in a 4x4 tour together with your loved ones, in perfect sunny weather, and accompanied by Marius, the 4x4 Tours owner and our guide and eventually our friend? Marius did his best to offer us the best off-road experience including fun, adventure, accommodation, coffee, food, relaxation and even perfect weather (don't ask me how he did it..), good conversation, stressless and mind changing experience. .. We do recommend 4x4 Tours....if you want to feel life, pure nature and love.
