There was no place to sit and the bar tender was rude when it came down to fixing the drinks I asked for frozen and he gave it to me on ice

I would not recommend using this company. Their communication skills are nonexistent. We sent messages the day prior asking about moving the booking with no response. They have a phone number to contact, but no one picks up and it hangs up immediately with no voicemail option. We were not able to make it onto the cruise due to the significant traffic and parking difficulties at Bayside at Bayside. I would recommend just arriving and using a different company.

Horrible. The most uncomfortable boat I've ever ridden. I have taken the tour in other boats in that same marina and they were always good. I never thought this kind of boat was even a possibility or existed, wow, embarrassing, seats facing the center of the boat, completely retarded design, blown away by that. But the worst part was that it was over sold, there were people standing. Worst experience ever, I'm still upset 3 days later.
