【Sample Tour Schedule – On the Day of the Tour】 ① 5:00 (Summer) / 6:30 (Winter) – Pick-up at your accommodation (Uehara area only) ↓ ② 5:15 (Summer) / 6:45 (Winter) – Arrive at the field and begin the activity ↓ ③ 5:45 (Summer) / 7:15 (Winter) – Sunrise time! ↓ ④ 6:20 (Summer) / 7:45 (Winter) – Activity ends and return to your accommodation The schedule may vary depending on weather and tide conditions. The SUP/Canoe location will be selected based on the best conditions (wind, tide, and crowd levels) on the day. Important Information for Tour Participants Please read the following carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Punctuality & Advance Notice Please be on time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be considered cancellations and may incur cancellation fees. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will contact you by the day before the tour to confirm the meeting point and time using the phone number or email you provided. Please register contact information that can be reached within Japan. If you do not receive any communication by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi using the method listed on your ticket. Hotel Pick-up If you request pick-up from your hotel on Iriomote Island, your meeting time may differ from the standard time. To confirm the correct time, please contact us the day before using the method on your ticket. Participation Requirements SUP: Ages 12–59 Canoe: Ages 3–65 Pregnant individuals, children under 3, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult us in advance. Minimum Number of Participants This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled free of charge (you will be notified the day before the tour). For Those Who Are Anxious If you are concerned about physical ability or have a fear of the sea or rivers, feel free to consult with us beforehand. Equipment & Safety Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all water-based activities. If you are unwilling to wear the required safety equipment, you will not be allowed to participate. For your safety, please always follow the guide’s instructions. Weather Conditions The tour will proceed even in the rain. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. There are no restrooms at the field, so please use one beforehand. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Languages Tours are conducted in Japanese or English. Depending on availability and reservations, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only. Thank you for your understanding.

1.00The direction of seasonal sunrise met from the mountains, so time was needed more than sunrise time. He was accompanied by a family who had booked a ferry first thing in the morning, with a two-hour journey on the website. As a result, the tour ended because they could not wait until sunrise because they were told they wanted to be back in their hotel before 8 o'clock. As this tour is for nature, we would like to ask for more confirmation so that you can participate in the tour in time.

5.00I was able to take a pleasant canoe walk in a sticky calm that I didn't think was after the typhoon. Abe-chan's guide takes you for a walk on the water while watching mangroves in the morning haze. Sagaribana also floats on the water, and you can hear the casque of red kingfishers from all over the forest. All you hear is the birds. At the end, I paddled out to sea and relaxed. "Wake up early is a three-pronged virtue," was the best time of luxury. I'm sure he'll come again.

4.00The ferry became quite popular and I quickly booked an early morning tour. Despite the sudden reservation, they were kindly taken care of and we had a pleasant time. It was about spending early morning canoeing through mangroves, but the atmosphere changed on the way back and forth, and I was able to go to places that could only be reached by canoe, so it was very memorable. I would love to use it again if I had the chance!

5.00I went on an early morning tour. I started at 6:30 before sunrise. As it was early morning, I was the only one in attendance, so I was able to enjoy the mystical atmosphere at my own pace and early morning! My guide was Ayu-chan, who taught me not only about mangroves but also about the island. I was able to tell that I like Iriomote Island and enjoy it so much that I could enjoy it even more 😊 I didn’t think the early morning tour would be such a good thing, and it became a great memory! Thank you very much.

5.00We were watching the weather forecast until the last minute, and despite asking for a tour the evening before, they were happy to accept. The tour is great. I've never known how beautiful it is to welcome a sunrise over the ocean from a full starry sky before dawn. I was a little worried about the SUP in the dark, but I was relieved to be guided to a place where the sea and the river were calm. It was great to see jellyfish, sea turtles and stingrays through the clear water even after dawn. Thank you for your valuable experience.

5.00I asked for some activity before boarding the boat to Hatoma, and the guide's brother was funny, the sunrise was beautiful, the mangrove canoe was too pleasant, and it was just great! I thought it was kind of him to check the schedule behind me and go around the points while allocating time. Thanks to this we were able to safely board the hotel breakfast and the boat to Hatoma✨ Thank you!
