If no whales or dolphins are spotted on tours between Dec. 22 - Jan. 31, you will get a re-trial voucher to use on another day.

People with a history of epileptic seizure or loss of consciousness for unknown reasons, attack of hyperventilation syndrome cannot join this tour.

Pregnant or possibly pregnant cannot participate in this tour.

Had a solid time. The pick up was easy. They guides us to check in, got a little confusing crossing a busy street to the boat but ended up fine. Deckhands explained how it was going to go, were friendly and informative. Of course, the highlight was seeing multiple whales breach and tails before crusing back in. Then they dropped me off in town and gave me some advice on what to do. ... Oh, also, I got a lifetime reminder of how beautiful everything was

The tour was absolutely amazing, best weather possible, the best part of it was Rita the tour guide, I suggest asking for her specifically, she has super understandable English, super knowledge and shes so smart ( she's a PhD marine biology student ) , also the whales watching was cool , Rita told me we were lucky as usually the whales are less playfull

I started to get concerned reading some other recent reviews but I honestly had a great experience. Communication was easy via viator. I got replies very quickly to all my questions. I got picked up from my hotel and the driver was on time. Check in was easy and quick. We were out on the water for about 2 hours. Saw whales for majority of that time. We saw them up close. I was not disappointed at all with the length of time we observed the whales or the distance we kept. I got great photos and videos. The experience definitely exceeded my expectations.

Superb experience. Boat wasn't too crowded and the crew where very patient, in the beginning we had fears of not seeing anything but eventually we got our fill of finding those majestic creatures. The boats cannot approach too close unless the whales themselves swim towards it. Overall a wonderful experience, worth travelling for.

Worst whale watching company ever! Please don't join any of the tour from Berry7 Seasir. They cancelled the whale watching tour without informing us. Such an irresponsible company, I thought Japanese is punctual and responsible but seemed like it was a wrong perception. We ordered a pickup at our hotel, hyatt regency Naha, but no one showed up. No email and no phone to inform us. We asked a hotel staff to phone them, then berry7 said the tour is cancelled. They are reluctant to make a refund. They later sent us an email that refund took up to 30 business days. Don't join this berry 7 Seasir! They will ruin your vacation. They offer tour in Okinawa through klook, trip advisor, official website...etc. Watch out for them( berry 7 or seasir.com)

Such fun in spite of the rain! Our guides on the trip were great-very knowledgeable and passionate about the whales. We saw the whales-baby and mama multiple times!
