Specializing in "America's Most Haunted Neighborhood," we depart from the corner of Fourth and Ormsby, at the transitional edge of the neighborhood. If you love old architecture and spooky history, this is the tour for you! If you do not like an up-and-coming neighborhood with a diverse racial make up, this tour is not for you! If you can't go 2 hours without a bathroom, this is not for you!

The Filson Historical Society
Completed in 1905, the Ferguson Mansion only saw one family reside there in its intended capacity. In the 1920s, it became a well-known funeral home and remained as such until the 1980s, when "The Filson" moved its headquarters there. Contact their front desk to find out how to get inside.

5.00As a tour operator myself, I always try to find at least one locally operated tour in towns that I'm traveling through. The Old Louisville Ghost Tour was one of the best I've been on. Angelique was an enthusiastic and great story teller, who was able to add her own personal stories to the narrative. Having a local with first hand experience enhanced the stories even further. I'll be looking forward to reading "A Dark Room in Glitter Ball City" in the near future.

4.00The tour was great and the group I was with was fortunately good. Some of the stories jumped around a bit and I found them a bit hard to follow. I go on a ghost tour in every city I visit and found this one to be good but not as exciting as some others I have been on. The tour guide however, was very passionate about the subject matter and was thoughtful, bringing the guests hand warmers for the cold walk ahead of us.

5.00Great guide! She definitely knows the area well. The sites chosen had great stories surrounding them. There are no bathrooms available on the later tours so make sure you go before you go

5.00Loved this ghost tour! Our guide Quentin is a phenomenal storyteller whose keen tales were set in Louisville’s Victorian old town with a climactic narrative and graphic visualizations. I’m still hearing whispers in my ears and feeling the icy fingers of a lost ghost child. The 90 minute walk is easy and the houses and witches tree spectacular. The guide was respectful of the residents of the homes as our group gathered to hear about crisis ghosts and residual spirits and the stigmatized “Murder House”. Old Louisville will never feel the same to me again!
