4.00Excellent! Alice was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, even though she’s done the tour many times. I liked the historical references of what life was like centuries ago and especially appreciated hearing about recent events and what unsuspected tourists experienced without knowing their current rentals had a ghostly history.

5.00Our guide, "Franklin," did an impressive job of creating and staying in character throughout the entire tour, engaging the group and telling us stories all throughout. Everyone from my teenage daughter to 80 year old mother-in-law was impressed.
