Move through four wellness environments at your own pace during your 2.5-hour session: the heated swimming pool and contrast plunge pools, three distinct heat sanctuaries (dry sauna, infrared sauna, and eucalyptus steam room), a restorative lounge with unlimited herbal tea and light snacks, and a fully equipped gym. Every visit includes a dedicated locker and unlimited fresh towels — just bring a swimsuit and flip-flops.

Arrival & Orientation: Check in for your locker assignment and a quick facility walkthrough. Change into swimwear (flip-flops required, available for purchase) and collect fresh towels. Thermal Pool Circuit: Cycle at your own pace through the heated pool, the tension-relieving hot plunge, and the invigorating cold plunge to promote deep recovery. Heat Sanctuary: Enjoy unlimited access to three distinct heat experiences: the traditional dry sauna, the restorative infrared sauna, and the hydrating eucalyptus steam room. Lounge & Recovery: Decompress in the quiet lounge wrapped in soft towels. Enjoy unlimited herbal tea, water, and complimentary light snacks. Gym & Smoothie Bar: Access the fully equipped gym at any point during your session, then refresh with a nutrient-dense beverage from the in-house Smoothie Spa.

5.00Definitely worth every penny! Wonderful atmosphere, you get lost in the beautiful coral walls and “ruins” and it’s crazy to think that you’re only a few steps away from the bustling Old San Juan. Facility is extremely cleanly, very well maintained, and there was definitely no shortage of clean towels! A very relaxing experience, would definitely do again when I come back to Puerto Rico!

5.00This facility is top notch and I would highly recommend paying a visit! Very well kept, very clean, they provide everything you need (unlimited towels, water, popsicles, bathroom, shower, vanity room) etc all you have to do is show up with a swimsuit and some flip flops. Made for a very relaxing last day in San Juan for my friend and I!

5.00great experencia aqui en spa. the cold plunge with the hot sauna was perfect. got to relax my upper body which had lots of tension . the 2 hours for 60 dollars was a dope price and none of the facilities disapointed. all the facilities are new and super well maintained. reccomendar muchisimo

5.00Beautiful relaxing spot that’s perfect to unwind and catch a vibe. You can get a day pass that’s valid for two hours and use the sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, gym, and pool. They have unlimited towel service, lockers for your stuff, and separate bathrooms for genders. They maintain the place really well and have multiple spots for lounging. There’s a great smoothie bar onsite with lots of yummy treats, we got helped by Marielle who’s a sweetie. Overall 10/10 recommend for solo folks, couples, or groups.
