During the tour, you'll get to know more about how life used to be in Stockholm in the 15th and 16th century and about the history of buildings such as the Royal Palace, the Nobel Prize Museum, the Cathedral or the German church. We will start by meeting at the metro station Gamla stan, where we can talk about how the city looks today, and we will then walk around Riddarholmen, the Knight's Island, and make our way through the Old Town, retracing the step of ancient culture that sometimes hide deep, dark and funny secrets.

Daniela was very informative and passionate about the History of Stockholm. I was only in town for one day and this was the only tour I did. I enjoyed the tour so much I want to revisit the city and see more of Daniela's recommendations. Her knowledge made me interested to learn more about the CIty's history. Highly recommended.

This tour was a great introduction to Stockholm on our first day in town! Our tour guide was informative without being dull or tedious and lingering on things people weren't interested in. We appreciated her focus on legends, pop culture, and other digestible details instead of rattling off historical names and dates. She even brought us to the smallest alley in Europe for a photo op!

We had a wonderful city tour with Daniela in Stockholm! She guided us through Gamla Stan with so much enthusiasm and knowledge that we not only saw the sights, but really got a feel for the cityscape and history of the city. We were particularly impressed by how many exciting stories and backgrounds Daniela knew how to tell. Every corner seemed to her to be a small piece of living history. Daniela is an open-minded, friendly and warm person who immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere. Your way of bringing history to life really appealed to us. We can absolutely recommend the tour with her.

Kudos go to our tour guide, Daniela, who went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately, one of her colleagues had called in sick only 2 hours before the tour was to begin, so Daniela had to undertake 2 groups, 1 German & 1 English, and she managed both very well. On top of all that, because my wife & I arrived late due to a mix-up with our driver, she had to direct her attention to advising us as to how to find her. In the end, she found us! Daniela demonstrated a wealth of knowledge with regard to the history of the area -- its buildings -- its stories --- its legends -- its people -- all told with a sense of humour. Moreover, even though English is not her first language, Daniela was easily understood, and the 2 hours we spent with her went far too quickly. At several points during our walk together, she made recommendations as to places to eat or places to purchase certain things -- helpful to us for returning to these places at a later time. I would be very happy if, upon a return visit to Stockholm, we could have the good fortune of having Daniela as a tour guide once again. Daniela, I am now safely back in Canada. Thank you so much for the contribution you made to a most enjoyable time in Stockholm. With my very best wishes, John.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us all over the Old Town pointing out restaurants and telling amusing stories connected to what we were being shown. She even went over the allotted 2hrs. Many thanks.
