5.00We did this tour on our first morning in Krakow and it was excellent . Helped get us orientated , Lucy was very knowledgeable and helpful . She adapted the tour so we could go in the warm for a bit as it was snowing .

4.00Ania was lovely. Great way to introduce us to Krakow. Learned a lot, hit the major points of interest. Tour included a 15 min break to pee/get coffee and warm up. She was kind enough to review the rest of our itinerary and offer input. Recommended a guide for a steel mill tour the next day.

4.00Really very good. The meeting place was easy to find and the tour guide spoke clearly. We visited all the main historical points with explanations but a short stop for a drink would have been good,because it was very warm. Its a good place to start if you haven't visited before.

5.00Tomasz was great! He lead us on a very informative walk through old town covering history of Krakow and a bit of Poland. It took 2.5 hours. Make sure to wear warm clothes win winter. It is a free tour but booking through trip advisor pays the guide automatically.
Do this the first day as you get loads of recommendations

3.00Guide was friendly and I knowledgeable. Not the most exciting but compared to others good. Did not know general info when asked ie where can you see fireworks that evening for new year (said there was none in krakow for 3 years) and the main square had more than I’ve seen anywhere for more year. Was more focussed on selling new year walk in Jewish area than answering any questions from the group which would have helped them enjoy their stay.

5.00We had a very interesting 3 hours tour of the Old Town with Maclek. The tour was at the right pace and the content kept our interest as Maclek was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I would highly recommend this tour.

3.00Could have been reduced buy a good 60 minutes still with adequate tour guide information about the old town. The group 44 was a little to large when ushered into smaller areas of interest and key tour information was lost . ( Am I right)
