The guided tour includes the visit inside the olive mill and the viewing a large-screen video on olive oil production, the recovery of by-products, and the production of artisanal olive oil soap; explanations are provided live during the video. Professional tasting of "Erbesso" DOP Monti Iblei olive oil, a winner of 130 international awards, conducted by an expert olive oil sommelier. Free tasting of other premium olive oils conducted by an expert olive oil sommelier. Tasting of local bread drizzled with "Erbesso" DOP Monti Iblei olive oil, oregano from Monti Iblei, and sea salt. Free tasting of 9 flavored olive oils: with Mandarin, Lemon, Basil, Garlic, Chili Pepper, Rosemary, White Truffle, Porcini Mushrooms, Barbecue, and an exclusive Citronette. Moreover, tasting of n°4 typical Sicilian products accompanied by bread. Fresh mineral water available for guests. During the month of October, you will participate live to the olive oil process. In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent olive harvesting, we cannot guarantee live viewing of the olive processing.

The owner was so enthusiastic to share the process of olive oil making and explained in a way that was enjoyable. The best part of course was the tasting of these fine olive oils and I was able to purchase bottles so I was able to travel home with them

Very much recommend this tour. The family that owns and operates the farm and mill are warm and welcoming. We loved hearing about how the oil is produced. The olive oil itself is incredible. Our luggage was full of bottles when we left. We will be ordering as well. What a great experience!!
