  We loved our day at Nusa Penida! The tour was very organised and filled with lots of things to see and do. Our tour guide Ketut was great and told us so much about the island as he grew up there. We were lucky enough to see manta rays and turtles while snorkeling and we also saw dolphins from one of the lookouts. Highly recommend!

  Breathtaking scenery! So glad we did this trip! Our tour guide helped us through the entire day. A little rough walking to the viewing areas but worth the effort. Our snorkeling guide was amazing. He guided us to the right spots and helped us on and off the boat and in the water. Would definitely recommend.

  To be transparent, this was the worst tour experience I’ve had and I’ll explain why. They also pester you afterwards for a 5 star review. • Transportation issues: Our return driver was late at the agreed-upon pickup time, although he said he was present causing unnecessary stress and delays. Additionally, the car at the island did not have functioning air-conditioning, making the ride extremely uncomfortable in the heat. Driver didn't speak a lick of english making any coordination impossible. • Water and refreshments: While the tour details mentioned water would be provided, what we received was warm bottled water after having to request, which is unacceptable given the conditions. • Itinerary mismatch: The itinerary we were sent ahead of time was completely different from the one we ended up following. This not only created confusion but also disrupted our other travel plans. I showed them my itinerary and they told me that it is not possible. we were also rushed from place to place not being allowed five minutes to enjoy the view. I felt like we were just checking off places. • Snorkeling gear hygiene: Most concerning of all was the dirty snorkeling equipment. Masks were foggy and visibly had mucus residue, which raises significant hygiene and health concerns. we ended up not snorkeling. After mentioning all this, they were disrespectful upon giving feedback and rejected any recourse for me.

  Great experience!! The manta bay snorkelling experience was unreal. Special shoutout to my guide DD - he was awesome.

  Amazing! Exceeded all expectations. I did a lot of research on tours ahead of time and I am so glad that to book this one. Everything was very professional. Our tour guide was friendly and helpful. The van was comfortable. We went to all of the sights promised. We did the private boat to snorkel, which was not much more in terms of cost and totally worth it. We were impressed with the snorkel team. One guy drove the boat and one person snorkeled with us and took lots of fantastic videos and photos. We saw 2 huge manta rays, which was a highlight of our whole trip to Bali. We loved this tour and wish that we would have had more time.
