Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine

Start your tour at Fushimi Inari Taisha, the head shrine of over 30,000 Inari shrines in Japan. Spend an hour exploring this iconic site, known for its thousands of striking vermilion torii gates. These gates form a seemingly-endless path which you can wander through on your visit. Originally dedicated to the gods of agriculture, Fushimi Inari is not just a spiritual center but also a symbol of breathtaking beauty and cultural significance.

Kiyomizu-dera Temple

At Kiyomizu-dera, one of the most iconic temples in Japan, walk across the impressive wooden stage, which juts out from the hillside and was constructed without the use of a single nail. The temple boasts a wide view overlooking Kyoto and the beautiful surrounding nature. You can also drink from one of the three rejuvenating streams of Otowa Waterfall, said to bring success, love, and longevity.

My family and I are the only Japanese. Basic announcements are made in English on the train. However, the important point of the tour guide was that he also added Japanese, so I never felt any pain. When I got off the train with my kids, I was always asked to be thin (wonderful ✨️😍) and impressed 😊 My shy son was enjoying it too. I thought it was a tight course, but each point stayed well enough 👍 It was a full day tour to be able to explore efficiently without panicking 🫶

Newell was great! She is knowledgeable, fun, and energetic. She frequently paused for taking pictures (she’s takes great group photos). The bus was comfortable, and the pace of the tour was comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The tour was so enjoyable. We were able to see so many sites in just one day and had some free time to shop around in the surrounding towns. Our tour guide Jewel was fantastic and made the experience even better. Would highly recommend to others!

The tour is well arranged with the limited time available to see the highlights. Comfortable coach. However the tour bus had Korean and Japanese speaking tourists as well. Our guide did translate in English briefly but her English was not that clear. It’s better to google history / background and don’t expect the beautiful story telling you hear elsewhere!!!! Wish we had taken our noise canceling headphones as a lot of Korean was spoken on the bus which we did not understand obviously!

The tour was perfect!! Its the kind of places where i am intended to visit. Timing was great, Free time was given. Location for pickup was convenient for me. Really value the price for what was paid. Tour Guide Jewel was very creative in helping taking pictures. Pictures was taken using our ownself phone and turns out pretty & perfect, the kind who will squat down for the best angles!! Jewel was very cheerful all the time. Perfect for couples and solo. Really had a great time. Everyone was seen happy. If you’re tour guide chosen was English, chances are the group would be smaller.

I visited Kyoto on my first trip with a friend. The guide was very kind and attentive. The explanations in each place were easy to understand, and I was able to take nice commemorative photos, so I could enjoy the good old days of Japan. I will use it again if I get the chance. I can only thank the guide for that!️
