What a wonderful experience!? Ryad and Mohamed impressed us with knowledge, skills, kind attitude and we felt like knowing them since forever. Two days were like ten, with so many places to discover, meet locals, savouring best local food. This was not a typical trip but a spiritual one as our driver and our guide made us feel like we lived there. Nice small cities, bazar, troglodyte houses, movie stages, mountains and of course the magnificent night in Sahara A bit heartbroken when had to say goodbye Thank you! Really, thank you

My friend and I could not recommend this experience more strongly. Our guide Med took us all over various parts of Tunis' unique and often breathtaking geography. We visited salt lakes and dessert and experienced up close how its varied peoples go about their daily lives. We were welcomed into the homes of genuinely kind hosts of various backgrounds and perspectives, giving us a sense as to why this is such a special country. We road ATVs across the sand dunes and along the way stopped by a small, abandoned Roman fortress with prominent lettering dating back well over a thousand years. We stayed in an immaculate camp located in the middle of the Sahara in which I don't know which will mesmerize you more profoundly: the site of the setting or rising sun or the countless stars in the night sky, visible in their full glory without the interference of light pollution. And if you're a Star Wars fan, this one is not to be missed. On top of all of it, the tour operator Aymen was willing to accommodate us on short notice at the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, so we couldn't be more appreciative of his and Med's flexibility and hospitality. We couldn't have done this on our own. Do yourself a favor: if you're in Djerba, stay a couple extra days and make sure you book this trip. I promise you won't regret it.
