1.00Absolutely no customer service. Friends over from the UK turned up in person to the Perth terminal a day before they wanted to cruise to check the sailing times of the next day. They were surely given the cruise time for today (1 April 2026) and turned up as instructed at 10:30 to purchase tickets; only to be told no cruises today. No apology, no information as to why. I rang to try and speak to a manager to find out what’s gone on; but no surprise they are all too busy to speak to me. I’ll never use or recommend Captain Cook cruises again. Terrible service and just wasted our friends precious time whilst in Perth.

5.00The boat ride is nice but Fremantle and Perth have so many smoker's and vapors that it is not enjoyable to visit these places. My opinion based on facts: a lot of pre meditated murderers, nicotine addicts with the freedom to kill others. No respect, no self love, just selfish mofos......

5.00Easy to book, easy access to get to the boarding area, friendly staff at the ticket counter, when boarding & staff on board. Magnificent vessel, very clean, comfortable with great facilities.

5.00Beautiful scenery and such a lovely way to travel from Perth back to Fremantle and the cruise ship along the Swan River. Came in by train and see less travel on free buses.
